@@KAriedoll i don't think its hatred lol, 9-1-1 is a pretty crazy show so people have pretty crazy theories, a recent one I saw was because at the end of episode 7 , Eddie drops his son off @ Bucks place, he would then asked Buck "is that smoke?" leading fans to make assumption that a) the smoke detector is broken and b) a possible fire?....idk its wild but with 9-1-1 you may never know lol

he mentioned this brother a few seasons ago, I guess in a conversation with Athena about something they used to play as kids. But I don't remember if he mentioned him again, he never talks about his brother, so I'm wondering what really happened to them. Of course their relationship wasn't that great, mainly because of their dad, but I'm not sure if that situation itself caused them to split up. So i assume there's something more and I'm looking forward to know

I will say, of the 8 episodes, this was my favorite for the season. Thr origin stories of the characters have always been some of my favorites, Hens, Chimney, Bucks, and Athena, now this.
The cruise 3 part were not so grand. The 100th was good, especially the comic opening.

@@Randy218_yeah Ik hence why I said for their current seasons they are all running 10-13 eps depending on the show. But for next season it should be full 18-22 ep seasons for the shows airing. Some however have been split into two like blue bloods although it’s been canceled this season of 10 eps is kinda part 1 of 2 as the next season will also air 10 eps completing what would be a usual 20 ep season.

I hope he’s just at the ceremony as a cameo, but I’m worried that it might cause some tension between Buck and Tommy. Like what if Buck goes to kiss Tommy at a reception after the ceremony and Tommy backs away because he doesn’t want to kiss in front of Captain Gerard. It would be disappointing, but interesting. That could also be the reason why Hen, Chimney and Maddie are asking what happened. Maybe they’re asking Buck what happened between him and Tommy?

No, I think you're right. The fire happens outside on the patio and flashes inward does it not? I wouldn't be surprised if Amir brought a loooot of bad memories to light regarding the fire and that its affecting his psyche.
If it's real, Amir isn't responsible, it has to be Herman. Considering the coyotes are known for firebombing. If it is a real fire and not a dream scene, the fire flashing inwards from the patio would make sense as Herman's people are firebombing the house from the back porch.
Otherwise, we might be getting Buck's loft. I just hope Chris isn't with him if or when it happens.

Damn, Bobby's backstory where he started drinking all made sense. Really, sometimes the people who are trying to save everyone make up for someone they can't save - themselves. That last line from Amir in the last episode haunted him.

I’ve always thought it was wild they gave Bobby such an insane backstory and then just sort of let him live this normal life. Like “oh you contributed to the death of 150 people including your own family but cool just move to LA and have a whole new life like it never happened!” I know they show him all tortured and drunk and stuff but still, he didn’t crash a car on the highway he burned down a city block and ruined a whole community!

This is getting tiresome. Both Bobby and the viewers were ok about this particular trauma. Bringing it back again seems to be either a lack of stories to tell or a major character is leaving the show after the finale
I get what you’re saying, and I agree that it was nice that Bobby was able to make peace with himself and find happiness for a time, but I think this is actually fairly realistic. Trauma that big isn’t something you ever completely move on from. It’ll always be there. But what I’m hoping is that we see Bobby recognize that it is okay for him to be happy and, like Athena said, he’s not the same man he was back then, or even at the beginning of the series when he was planning to “die for his sins.” Also, knowing how TV shows work if the drama didn’t come from his past, then they probably would make him have a lot more marital issues with Athena and I’m glad that their relationship is really solid.
@@srayjI agree with the original commenter that this is getting old. Bobby made peace and we know he never forgets because it’s been rehashed several times.
Also, it’s not that realistic with the dramatic two-face style character coming in causing issues. The storylines are starting to feel like something from a soap opera mixed with an action show.
As a fan of the show from day one I can say I’ve been highly disappointed since the transfer to abc. The Buck storyline is the only thing that kept me watching.
I will not be continuing this show I use to really enjoy watching. I don’t care for the direction or filming. It’s getting too soap opera for me. Goodbye 911..
The Bobby fire story getting long winded and played out!
Okay, this makes me confused. Can someone tell me if this is how this show works? I'm here because of Buck, obviously after years of queer baiting, new network pulled the plug and did something. And of course many people from the community are here now, to watch the show. But it makes me feel they did it to save the show? Obviously, it exploded with the Buck bisexuality on the internet. But now I'm waiting for more, and nothing happens, ep 5 couple of rushed scenes with Buck and Tommy, ep 6 something at the end of the ep, ep 7 nothing, ep 8 only about this Bobby character so nothing, looks like ep 9 is the same so nothing again? So, does this show not work like other shows where everyone gets a bit of time each episode? They get just one focused episode a season, and that's it?
Plus, the Buck and Tommy relationship feel forced, rushed, and not enough chemistry. Is it because all the story lines are rushed, cause it has only 10 ep?
Anyway, disappointing tbh. I will watch ep 9 and 10 cause I feel I have too, but if this is how they go forward, I will not watch then next season if it gets one.
The episodes of 911 (as well as 911 Lone Star) were always structured to have the main plot centered on one specific character, sometimes episodes will have a B plot focused on other characters as well though. But basically everybody gets a turn, some characters more than others, Buck already got 2 episodes centered on him 7x04 and 7x05 and this season was cut short due to the strike so it's unknown if we'll have more episodes centered on Buck, plus Lou Ferrigno Jr. (Tommy) is not part of the main cast so we won't get as much screen time between the two as we get with TK & Carlos on Lone Star for exemple.
But the show has already been renewed for a season 8 so I guess we'll have to wait and see...
I love bobby, the dad of the 118 and I adore this show but I’m just going to say it, things are getting a little repetitive. Especially with the trend of when two people move in together 90% of the time their relationship ends shortly after (happens in 911 lone star) and every few seasons Bobby relapses into depression about the fire.

Ep 4 and 5 was all about Buck, Eddie and Tommy and the triangle between them lmao. Ep 6 was the Madney Wedding, Ep 7 was Eddie seeing his dead ex wife and cheating on his girlfriend plus Hen and Karen having a new foster child.. Ep 9 is also about Hen and Karen and also Eddie. Ep 1 we also got like 4 buddie things so it hasn’t entirely been about Bobby this season.
Listen i love bobby but is anyone else starting to get really tired of every episode being about him, i swear the last 2 seasons straight besides a handful of episodes have been soley about him almost dying from something, bridge, cruise ship ect or the main story is about something from his past coming up yet again and again and again. Like definitely ready for some new storys with other characters.
Buck was center Most of season 6 the lightning was over 3 episodes and the last episode I swear. It’s not like lone star where we barely see the others characters except owen
