Brother Tripolar, you have really made my league with the apple slammer build guide. I have started the league as a zerker slammer, as back in 2013 when I started playing PoE my first build was groudslam marauder. I have died many times trying to be cool and play like Kripp and the bunch, playing hardcore with extremely subpar pc. My framerate would reach zero and stay there for 1-2 seconds whenever I would leap slam into packs. That made reaching levels beyond 50 extremely difficult. I have tried many many times. Throughout the years I have stuck with PoE but playing maybe until lvl 95 and not very much wealth, every 2-3 leagues or so. However, PoE has always held a very special place in my heart, thanks to GGG philosophy, depth, community and all. This league however, the slam rework, together with all the QoL enhancements, made me really dive into poe once again. After my starter build I was looking for something to transition into, as I have become more wealthy than ever flipping stuff with Faustus, as well as just generally enjoying farming anything and everything on my slam zerker. It was not the best build, but for the first time since however many years I have genuinely just enjoyed the gameplay this much. I thought about transitioning into trickster lightning strike with aegis aurora, as I have very much fondness towards this unique and the idea of having infinite EHP, just standing there tanking. But the thought of rerolling into a foreign territory buildwise, and becoming a meta slave had me hesitating. It was then that I found your content and the Apple Slammer. I had previously experimented with the Eternal Apple myself, as the unique seemed very cool with its auto-warcry interactions. What I found is that it was very much subpar. It was with the new warcry interactions and melee buffs they added this league, that made apple viable. I rerolled, initially trying to go all in into the spell suppress version. Man, how many mistakes I made. First I didn't realize you needed mageblood for the 100% suppress via quartz flask. Then I crafted many pieces of gear - armour, boots, gloves. It was not a rush decision, I pre-planned the build somewhat in excel, in PoB... but I have missed one crucial detail - for the love of god, I couldn't figure out how you're getting the resistances. I looked at your rings - nothing but recoup, chaos res and life. Mageblood together with 19% resist flask is only 38%-something resist. Where are the resistances coming from? No idea. I crafted all my gear to just barely cap my resists... and then as I kept reading, iterating, learning, it finally clicked... Ancestral Cry gives the resist. What a beautiful moment of PoE learning. Something I love this game for truly. By now I can afford a mageblood and will soon be transitioning the build into its final form - a perfect 95% replica of what you have created. It has brought me much joy, being an apple holder, a marauder slammer, and I have learned much and enjoyed the process in a way I have not for many years now, in PoE or other games. @@xiayu9451 most builds can do pinnacles in less than 10d. Only for ubers and superjuiced content you need more, and even then there are exceptions if you can (ab-)use multiple strong defense mechanics.
Of note Expedition either got stealthnerfed or it bugged since 3.25.1. The remnant that makes runic monster/chest drop essences used to also drop essence scarabs but after the patch they no longer do. The essence remnant was the best remnant after runic monsters are duplicated and is now pretty bad for me Essence scarabs were around 20-30% of my profits which is now gone. Logbooks are also cheaper than they used to be in other leagues so alot of your money now comes just from Tujen.

The only member you want in a position before fighting cathrina is gravicius 3* in transportation since (iirc) ppl found out the full divination stacks he drops after cathrina are more likely to be rarer ones. There's an entire table on who gets you what (Google betrayal cheat sheet), but they basically killed every research member in 3.24, so none of them are worth searching for imo.
last league was my first league and i did blight/beyond and expidition and it took me the whole league but i was able to make a poison pathfinder thst crushed t17s. this league i decided to try ritual and follow zizz ice nova build and im broke and can barely do a t16😢
he warned you that ice nova is an investment build man, pathfinder is low floor high ceiling, ice nova is high floor even higher ceiling, you'll know next league not to leaguestart a high investment build. dw, we all been there man change your skill gem 'back' to wave of conviction and cut archmage for a day or two and you'll be fine

@@justjay3750 yeah man, the worst thing about poe is the best thing, its just so deep, im still learning SOOO much every league. just try what i said about swapping your skill gem, it doesnt have to be wave of conviction can be pretty much any spell gem the 'problem' with archmage is you basically need t1 mana roll on 5-6-7 pieces of gear, t1-2 int on every piece, you want/need %mana/int synth implicits and all of that is easily dozens of divines to buy even good bases to craft yourself on, and obviously more to just buy it ready to go out of the box im currently running molten strike of the zenith rn and its the same 'stacker' thing, if every piece doesn't have t1 str, the build just doesn't do shit, got stuck playing groundslam of breaking for like 100 hours because MSoZ just doesn't work until you have all that str stacker stuff going on same thing with ice nova which i played last league, i played coc dd and cleared everything and that was sooooo ez, but rerolled into building ice nova is just a ton of investment but it is rewarding, coc dd shredded everything, ice nova shredded everything offscreen with nothing but loot on my screen :') i ran toxic pathfinder from ziz my first two leagues and took for granted how ez it was to go from lvl 10->ubers with just one build with incremental upgrades, but that's why we fail, we learn to succeed, good luck exile

Im a noob but I do enjoy the maven rush strat. What did he mean by doing that on silo? Don’t you need to rotate between 10 maps in order to have the maven actually witness the boss? I would love to just speed run the same map or 2 but I didn’t think that was possible.
You can't run the same map once you finish it, that is, kill the map boss. However, since the boss in Silo has long immunity phases, you can kill the extra bosses from Destructive Play without accidentally killing the map boss and getting progress towards the invitation.
@@niedroProg ahh I c, so don’t even worry about the 10 witnesses cause those drops are crap anyway. Just focus on the extra drops from her witnessing the in map boss without killing it so it doesn’t count as a witness. Got it. Thank you!!!

mannnnn i will say tohugh shippments fee WAAAAAAY worse now for some reaosn if you cant put a TON of farm stuff or dust into 1 shipment to get it over the NEW 2-3mil mark~! or i f you just use the LONG HAUL one you can make the most out of what limiteds resources our dudes can make per hour and every 4 hours maybe get a div or 2 which is intersting, hopefully its actually better, i just dont have maxed out dudes yet
I have recently beat maven and am using harvest to get most of my money, however i only use the harvest scarab to ensure i get a grove each map. I was wondering if anyone can let me know what level of juicing I need to make it profitable or if my scarab alc and go strat is fine as is. or if im wasting my time ect ect i play pretty casual but if im missing some big detail id like to know
For harvest, quant is king. Make sure you have all quant nodes in atlas, run T16s with as much quantity on maps as possible. Idk about chisel price right now, maybe it is worth to also chisel every map. Scarab for lifeforce doubling is worth it when you can handle 80+ quant maps, even better if 8-mod corrupted.

Betrayal is the one mechanic I did not bother to learn in all my years. How Do I set it up to get Catarina fast?
Focus only on getting the agents to level 3 and then interrogate them and ignore everything else.

With whatever guardians you get you can run them with the same tree and do the invites quick to get even more out of the farm

It sounds like you're doing it right for alch and go start. You get 100% chance for grove on tree though if you wanted to not use scarab

Why do people like silo for destructive play? Surely you'd rather do a boss with no phases if you're boss rushing. I have to be missing something.
You want the phases so you can nuke the extra bosses without completing the map so you can run it again with Maven there again on the same map
