Only 3 ingredients! Healthy Granola Recipe

  • You only need 3 ingredients to make this homemade delicious granola! You can eat it as cereal, yogurt topping (my favorite) or just to snack it. This granola is simple yet so delicious that you are going to want to keep it in your kitchen all the time! This granola isn't too sweet, so if you prefer to make it sweeter then I would recommend to increase the amount of honey from 50g to 80g.
    Recipe:
    Oats - 2 cups/200g
    Honey 50g
    Coconut Oil 50g
    1. Combine honey and coconut oil. Microwave it for 30 seconds or until the coconut oil is completely melted.
    2. Mix melted coconut/honey and oats.
    3. In a sheet pan, spread the oats mixture out. Bake at 275F for 40 minutes.
    4. Let it completely cool off (this will allow the oats to harden). Break them into pieces and store them in a jar/container.
