If you want something that is "illegal" converted in to something "legal" just slap a tax on it or require a license for a very large fee or both in most cases and everything will be okay in the world. Just look at drugs that used to be illegal and now are. Nothing has changed about the drug or the people using it except now they can collect taxes. Hence now legal.

Maybe Congress has to step in and declare who will administer the disposition of Bitcoin through the judicial system, thereby taking the power away from the executive branch of gov't to dictate the narrative. The SEC clearly has no respect for the separation of powers in that it has stated through Gensler, the court's decision is up for interpretation on his part. Let's make a decision already!
