As more proof that Dart Zone really cares about the blaster community, they secretly made the MK3 compatible with LiPo batteries straight out of the box! I didn’t have time to test it but figured it was worth mentioning here.

I would check your pusher arm and make sure there’s no flashing on it, and throw a lipo in using the included xt60 under the battery tray 😂 also if you haven’t seen foam blasts coverage there’s a simple mod you can do that improves talon compatibility - some find it’s gripping talon mags too tight which can cause darts to get stuck
Guys!! I have the theory that the next pro blaster would be a submachine pump drum blaster because the mk3 resembles the spectrum maybe the mk4 or other pro would be like the villainator im excited to think it would be like that
Forget it. I want a belt-fed "Pro" blaster with the form factor of an actual LMG.

Unlikely. Remember that all Pro blasters have a general standard of hitting at least 140 FPS and generally must be able utilize half-length darts. How does the Villainator platform fit into that space?

I'd say some aftermarket flywheels such as Bulldogs or Cyclones should help with the dart wear due to their smooth concave surface. The stock wheels are serrated and thus cut into the dart with the heavy 40mm crush!
If you have issues running Talons, Foamblast found that cutting the gray cage housing the pusher around the lips of the Talons solves that issue. Gonna run mine with Energizer Ultimate Lithium AAs since they have double the lifespan, and can handle more current and dish out power far better than alkaline AAs!

8:57 idk if u saw other reviews, but there’s a single screw inside the battery tray that will reveal a cord from the battery tray to the blaster. That cord has a connection port that connects to Lipo batteries, and is fully functional with them. The lipo can boost the full-auto performance with certain batteries
Edit: also, I think u just had a lemon. Most of the complaints u had did not exist in other reviews I’ve seen

You can use a 3s lipo in it. Just remove one screw from the battery tray.
If you don’t like buying batteries. I highly suggest you invest in rechargeable batteries. Spend an extra $10 once for them and you’ll be saving tons of money for years to come.
Plus a Good idea for a video: do rechargeable batteries make your battery powered blasters more powerful then traditional batteries? Fps, range
Apparently lipos do make your blaster perform slightly better
But I don’t like rechargeables, you know why? Because I already get tons of double A battery’s for video game controllers I have more than enough for a nerf gun

Muzzle is easily removed. Take out the screws, the blaster clamshells apart and it all pops out in one piece

Well, this gun works much better with short darts.
You didn't mention the LiPo compatibility.
Pro tip: if you take out all of the batteries, there’s a screw in the middle of the tray, witch gives you the ability to take out the tray entirely, and use a lipo(it has a connecter, stock, underneath the tray)

Yeah over 130fps long darts are rubbish. The extra length makes them unstable in as they move through the air. Short darts for life 👊🏼

Bad performance with full lengths seems to be an issue with DZP as a whole, since my Aeon Pro always had trouble with AF waffles as well. I just removed the capability and never looked back.
The Aeon, Nexus, Stryker and MK II have compression barrels and the size of the darts with tips interferes in the barrel unlike nerf barrels that are not compression. The tip has to be slimmer than the foam like in af pros unlike dz waffles which have the same size of tip as the foam. The tips in darts like dz waffles rubs on the compression barrels and are very inconsistent and lower performance than darts like af pros. It's more complicated and needs more reseacrhing on flywheel blasters

Really weird choice for a title. It seems negative but is really just ambiguous. Especially since you are criticizing your previous thoughts more than the blaster (and despite watching most of your recent you tube videos, I wasn't aware of your expectations for the Mk-3. Maybe confusing titles work to draw in the views, but I found it kind of off-putting. The description of the video is better.

Ha i really like the mk3 cause it only holds 8 double a's and shoots up to 150fps while other nerf guns like an nemesis or khaos hold 6 s style batteries and just shot 100fps.
