I disagree with the statement if the customer leaves unhappy that means you did not do your job I disagree with that because sometimes you can do everything in your ultimate power to make them happy good customer service talking to with respect but a lot of times things are not gonna always go your way as a customer companies have rules and regulations and so for people to see if they walk out and happy that means we did not do the job or our job I totally disagree with that
