The questions he should have been asked:
    - Where exactly were you between 5:00pm and 8:30pm on May 5th 1993?
    - Why can't Jacoby corroborate your stated alibi?
    - Why wouldn't you want to provide your DNA for testing if you're innocent? Just to rule you out once and for all! And many of the victim's family members would want that too. A chance for that is imminent: ruclips.net/video/FwFiqQiSezk/видео.html
    - When ya called the police at Catfish Island why didn't ya ask for them to meet at your home to file the missing person report? It was dark already and you thought your kid was missing, right; so he could have arrived at home any minute … or did that never cross your mind by then because you knew Stevie wasn't ever gonna get home. Plus: you certainly wouldn't want the police at your house where your muddy, blood-stained clothes were, right?
    - Why did you wait until 9 pm to tell your wife her son is still missing?
    - Why did you change your clothes - didn't ya supposedly have better things to do … like SEARCHING FOR YOUR SON?
    - Why did ya stop searching for your boy at around midnight, even before your wife?
    - Why did ya use bleach and the washing machine at around 1am that night when you never did laundry ever before?
    - Where did ya get Stevie's prize knife from - did ya use it on the boys?
    - Did ya think the three boys were already dead when you threw them in the water?
    - What did your ex Sharon Nelson meant by your phrase "buried under water"?
    - How and how often would ya beat Stevie and your daughter Amanda?
    - How and how often would ya hit Pam?
    - Did ya molest Amanda or did ya force Stevie to do it?
    - Which drugs did ya use?
    - Why did ya harass Mildred French?
    - Tell us about when you shot your brother-in-law!
    - What exactly is the Hobbs family secret?

I have a terrible memory and am not at all observant or perceptive.
Being said, I can sit here and think back and remember what cars I’ve had in the last 20 years.
Americans are in their cars CONSTANTLY.
Unless you’re someone that buys a LOT of vehicles, drives them briefly while working on them to sell/flip, you’re going to be able to remember the vehicles you’ve owned.
Terry would know IMO what vehicles him and Pam drove when Stevie was murdered.
Amanda was 4, all he has to do is think of what vehicles they had when they got married and Amanda was born.
The vehicle was probably the first one in both him and Pam’s name.
He remembers the address of the house they were renting when the murders happened.
I wonder the real reason Terry drove Pam to work?
I always figured a “young family” could maybe only afford one car…
No, according to TH they had three working vehicles so why would Pam need a ride to work?
A 4 year old is asleep by 9pm, nobody wants to wake their kid up, load them in the car etc. for no reason.
He’s a huge liar IMO and I wonder why about the vehicles.

I'm very reticent to say Terry Hobbs committed these horrific murders, as I don't wanna do to him what was done to the WM3, but he sure makes it REALLY difficult not to at least consider him a person of interest. For one thing, the lack of urgency he displayed, when picking Pam up from work, regarding his 8 YEAR-OLD step-son having been missing for MORE THAN FOUR HOURS is troubling. Also, after Stevie was murdered, he shot his brother-in-law when he came over after having been called by Pam because Terry hit her and she thought her jaw might be broken!! Additionally, during his first marriage, he broke into his neighbor's apartment and began to attack her after she'd confronted him about being able to hear him abusing his wife. This is ON RECORD!! If you watch his later deposition against Natalie Maines, you are left with the impression of a man who hates women, is very vengeful and is AT BEST a sociopath and probably a psycopath.

Terry Hobbs is innocent until proven guilty. That said, there is physical evidence against him; he had a history of violence toward one of the victims prior to the murders; and not only does he not have an alibi, he actually places himself at the Robin Hood Woods just after the victims were last seen. So he's in a much different situation than the WM3 were when they were accused.

@@usnationalist8150 ive heard its believed the child came home for dinner after Pam went to work and he ate dinner. This is because the autopsy showed he had green vegetables in his digestive system which had to have been consumed hours prior.
      - more troubling is Aarons statement of having spied on adult men having sex at that spot and them hiding and wathcing at least 5 times - that coupled with a statment from another boy saying he walked in on the two young boys with ther pants down prettending to be having sex. Seperate statment but implies the boys may have been acting out what they had been seen. And why doesnt anyone mention Benny who reportedly told police buddy had admitted to the crimes and had blood on his shoes. When Police interviewed buddy he said Damien told him he did it and gave details of Damiens role. When police said they were going to polygraph him he said told them it wasnt true and that he made it up becasue he was scared. Hutchenson telling his friend to lie and say they were together the night of the murders. When police said they wanted to polygraph him he instantly admitted that it was a lie and he was told to say it. So why did the two boys lie? Were they scared ? That doesnt account for pre setting up an alibi in my opinion. What Benny said the story was and if im not mistaken Buddy has also revealed. Terry and Jacobi were on their way to pick up weed.
They bumped into buddy and hutchinson and asked them to score weed. They picked up weed aand went to the spot and the boys were hiding and spying like they did prior. they smoked some weed and drank whisky and then Terri told the 2 boys to start wrestling according to the buddy. Buddy doesnt mention the sex but that might be an ommision. The boys were spotted and Terry yelled for them to get them and they chased and caught the 2 first while hutchinson chased the third. When they got back one of the boys kicked terry and he hit him hard knocking him out. hutchin caught the last boy and hit him as he drug him back. Terry said they had to kill them. Buddy says becasue he had hit him but if I had to guess the sex part was probably part of it. Buddy goes into detail about Terry stabbing and biting the boys privates which falls in line with the fbis profiling of wanting to humiliate and punish. The hair from terry was found in the shoelaces around the boys and we can assume its possible becasue they lived together it could have been there prior but with Buddys story it makes alot more sense the hair was in the shoelaces now. They also had Jacobis DNA on scene which cant relly be explained.
The story fits all the timelines as well as the lies that buddy and hutchinson were saying initially. Ive only known about this case for the last 2 days but I think its solved. Terry had a history of molesting children...also a story he was delivered drug at a gay bar once(the name of the bar escapes me), hutchinson had a relationship at the time with 50 year old married man which co-oberate the men having sex storyline from the other little boy. Also another lady aparently didnt like Terry as he testified to the Dixie Chicks lawyer(who was great by the way) he said this other lady belived Terry killed her uncle and her child. Unrelated to this. Theres not enough to convict him unless they can get testimony and admissions from utchinson and buddy but im not sure where they are at with that.

That's _exactly_ what happened. Wrong place, wrong time. The boys rode their bikes upon Hobbs, Jacoby and two teenagers named L.G. Hollingsworth and Buddy Lucas, stoned, drunk and engaged in sex acts. Buddy Lucas is not unlike Jesse Misskelly in that he had learning disabilities and a room temperature IQ and had been groomed by Hobbs. When they noticed the boys, they accosted them and after one kicked Hobbs, he and David Jacoby began beating him and Hobbs mutilated him with his knife. He then declared the other two boys must be "done away with" for what they had seen and the four of them finished "dispatching" the three boys.
This was admitted to by the two teenagers to people who both submitted sworn affidavits signed under penalty of perjury. The first of which was in *1994* not a year after the murders by the man who sold Hobbs, Jacoby, Hollingsworth and Lucas marijuana the day of the murders and himself saw Hobbs and Jacoby kissing in the truck they arrived in. This sworn affidavit - and a subsequent one several years later from a completely unrelated person who had no knowledge of the first sworn affidavit and which was practically identical - was dismissed out of hand by West Memphis investigators because the man who submitted it was a prior felon/drug dealer. Not to mention it didn't fit in with their ludicrous "Satanic panic"/"occult ritual" narrative they wanted to push in their Bible Belt precinct.

Now that he’s doing the rounds on podcasts everyone’s heard him dismiss the “black male” seen in the immediate area.
Mr Bojangles was significant enough to mention all those years later bc Terry’s panicking here IMO.
He KNOWS the WM3 didn’t kill the boys.
He knows he being questioned YEARS after the convictions for a reason.
All Terry is thinking about is if the WM3 aren’t guilty then who is?
That’s why he inserts Mr Bojangles, he knows very well about the bloodied man so he’s pointing the finger there.

If I’m not mistaken, knots are like a signature in which you usually tie the same one.
Not to mention, Echols got protected my vile Hollywood and now sells books on “Magick…” the very shit he was accused of practicing in that disgusting ritual.
But no… Some people from Manhattan came and made a doc.

@@Rootword7DID YOU SAY 3 DIFFERENT KNOTS?!?! OH MY GOD! But wait, let’s look at which kid got which knots
“Michael Moore: Left wrist, square knot. Left ankle, square knot. Right wrist, three half hitches. Right ankle, four half hitches.
Stevie Branch: Left wrist, three half-hitches. Left leg, three half-hitches and two loops around the leg. Right wrist, half-hitch with a figure eight. Right ankle, three half-hitches with an extra loop around the leg.
Chris Byers: Left wrist, two half-hitches. Left ankle, two half hitches. Right wrist, two half hitches. Right ankle, two half-hitches. (Described as "every knot was the same.")
So only one boy had the same knot used and the other 2 had different knots on each side and some of the appendages have multiple types of knots. Stevie Branch had 2 different knots on his right wrist so there must have been 2 murders tying the right wrist… so if we go by your logic then there would be what, 8 or so murders? It must be hard to have 2 people tying knots on the same appendage. No that doesn’t make sense, let’s try this way, the three murders must have been rotating positions “ok Damien you tie the half hitch, then Jason can do the figure 8, then Jessie can come behind and finish it off with a loop and a square knot just for security” sounds good. No, that doesn’t sound good. Let’s try this one more time, someone tied up those boys using 3 simple knots that take no special skills to tie, hell even my 6 year old Cub Scout knows how to tie them, he even got a badge and everything! You know who didn’t get their knot tying badge from the cub scouts? Michael Moore, the boy who loved and was proud of being a scout, who wanted to be a police officer and protect people, which he’ll never get to do because this coward took his little life away from him because he never learned to control his anger and took it out on people he knew wouldn’t put up a fight.
What is wrong with you people? I mean seriously these were children and now they’re gone and the people responsible to bring them justice sent a clear message that they don’t give a f*ck about these little ones they only care about covering their behinds. I hope someday the wm3 are exonerated, they deserve to be compensated for what was done to them but the main reason they need to be cleared because Stevie, Chris, and Michael deserve respect and justice, something you people don’t want them to have. Absolutely disgusting.

    Hello Daphne,
I recently discovered your channel and have become a big fan, especially after delving into the Terry Hobbs case that was mentioned on another channel I follow. I sought out the full-length interrogations and found myself on your page, promptly hitting the subscribe button.
I thoroughly enjoyed this video but noticed the audio could use a bit of enhancement. I took the liberty of tweaking it using an open-source program I rely on, called Ocenaudio, and the result was a significant improvement. I attempted to find your contact information to share the revised audio with you but to no avail. Is there a specific channel through which I could share this with you? Even Scott Ellington said he figured they would be acquitted based on the evidence. It wasn’t a hair just found on a shoelace, it was intertwined in the ligature. If a stray hair landed on your shoe it would most likely be gone if the laces were removed, cut in half and then used to tie something up then be in water for over 18 hours. I don’t wanna say he’s guilty like the originally did but way more points to him than the ones they convicted. I used to teach anger management in prisons and that is exactly the sort of thing we were trained to pry into and get them to deal with. When you have circumstances like the Hobbses, where the mother has a child with the husband but also an older child from another relationship, there's an interesting dynamic where the husband retaliates against the stepchild instead of the mother directly (especially when the stepchild is a boy). They believe it's because the husband wants the mom healthy to take care of their genetic child.

@@johndavidson4412 thank you for your input. I think this case is MUCH more simpler than they made it out to be. For example, a parent sees their child isn't home. The parent gets angry. Probably mad about something else that occured before this day and it created anger, the last straw kind of mad feelings. The parent goes to get the child back so he can be disciplined. Parent finds the children and disciplines the child. The other kids make the parent angrier by either helping the boy to run, hide, etc. This creates fury and the parent loses it on all of them. Perhaps when the parent approached the children, they were talking smack about the parent or they were smoking or they were eating candy when supper is on the table, etc. Perhaps they were all just giggling and having fun and hearing them teed off the parent. I definitely think the parent knew they had to kill them because the other 2 children KNEW them and would tell.
So in a nutshell, probably the parent was enraged, something happened to the parent's child that the parent did that couldn't be undone, tied up the other 2, the parent killed the 2 witnesses, shoved their clothes down to conceal any trace of them, and lastly threw the bikes in. I'm wondering if one OTHER reason to throw the bikes in was to try to attempt to put them OVER the boys to weigh them down.
I think if you remove the satan part, and all rumors, you're left with some regular old scenario.

    • @JacobC479
      @JacobC479 Год назад

Jacoby said they didn’t actually cross the pipe and go into the woods because Terry said “he had a bad feeling” about going back there. Hobbs was alone from 6:30-8:00 which is when the murders happened. There was ONE set of muddy footprints crossing the bridge going _back_ to the neighborhood. I’d say it’s 90% likely Terry Hobbs is guilty of triple homicide of second grade boys.

@@GabrielNichoThe hairs for Hobbs and Jacoby were only partial profiles. They weren’t exact matches but couldn’t exclude them. They also couldn’t exclude thousands of Americans. The Jacoby hair was found a month after the initial investigation. This makes it almost a moot point because they had all been in those woods numerous times with the investigation. Hobbs’ hair is also no big deal. Those boys played in each others houses all the time.

Touching your face before answering a question is also a form of deception. And the few times the conversation is truthful, his arms are open. I’m pretty certain he’s lying about things to make himself appear as far apart from the crime scene as possible. He’s doing well covering up what a jerk he is during this interrogation, especially compared to the deposition. I’ve watched all I could find on this case.......and I feel that if Hobbs didn’t kill all three, he definitely had a part in this tragedy. Personally, I believe he thinks he’s smarter and slicker than anyone questioning him. He seems like the kind of guy who has a couple drinks and starts bragging and running his mouth about things he’s done. “Little Man Syndrome” for sure as well as highly narcissistic and controlling.

You’re right, they did legally do it, that doesn’t mean they actually murdered those boys because they didn’t. Once all that “satanic ritual” bs went away, there was absolutely no logical or factual evidence that tied the 3 teens to this crime. FBI profiler was spot on when he said the person who did this was an adult male family member, who was the disciplinarian, who had a history of domestic violence, and let’s not forget his history as a butcher and you know what butchers know how to do? They know how to tie up animals for easy movement. There is 1 person who ticks every single box, that person was last seen with yelling at the boys around 6:30pm, that person had no corroborating alibi for 6:30pm to 8:20pm, the murders were most likely committed between the hours of 6:30pm-8:30pm, a person who changed his clothes during a time when he was supposed to be searching for the boys even though he changed them after getting home from work. That person also is one of the only individuals who left physical evidence on a child who was not his own, physical evidence that may or may not have been trace. Multiple people directly conflict with the timeline and events he says happened, someone who the dipsh*t detectives didn’t interview for 15 years. 15YEARS!!!!
