Great Video Aayushi...I got an offer for same course...I have 11+ yrs of IT experience in NoSQL Database so I just wanted to know your opinion on the batch do you have experienced professionals too as students or most of them are recent graduates? I am a bit nervous since I will be taking up studies after a long time so just need to be sure it's doable and I'll not feel like alien in the batch if I join there :)
Hey! I have almost watched every video of yours including the stem one...i had this question that if we get the stem scholarship do we have to come back to india after completing the masters....or can we stay in any other country other than India if the case is you can't stay in uk...btw thank you for all your informative videos really appreciate it!❤
Amazing video Aayushi! I hope your exams went well. I'm looking forward to apply to this university for MSc in Audiology (2 yrs). It's under Allied Health Sciences (odd course I know but I did my bachelor's in it from India). My course is so unconventional that I don't get any information whatsoever on it. It's a lot to ask but if you can let me know anything about it, and whether it is worth the money and time, it would mean everything
I recently got an offer from Southampton to this course and I'm like an average in maths .But I also got an offer from Cardiff in MSc Data Science and Analytics which comes under computer science which ones better
hi, it all comes down to your preference for the course structure, as clearly mentioned in the video, this course is very math centric. And I do not want to give any misinformation as I did not apply to Cardiff and hence do not find myself in the position to help you choose from either.
may god help you to score good marks in second semister, My daughter Ashwini.s from Bangalore got offer for join the same course from sep 2023. can you tell about job opportunity on this course completion.
Thank you so much for the kind words ma’am. Congratulations to Ashwini for securing an offer! The job opportunities are really good here. Though it may take time to find a job, but you will find it.
Well explained . Do you have friends from MSC operation research and finance from university of Southampton ? I would like to know about that program . Is that worthy of pursuing ?One last question is it really worthy of leaving India? I mean, is quality of life really good?
Wow! Great!! I also got an offer this course and I’m international student. Can you tell me the percentage of international students and the percentage of Asians? And I'm curious about the atmosphere of this course and I need advice. Plz😊 Thanks
Hello, congratulations on your offer! So in this cohort we are around 150 students with ~85% Asians! The atmosphere is great, we have many curious minds so in almost every lecture there are very insightful discussions with the professors, the teaching is great and overall the people are great, you will always find someone who is willing to help you out in the assignments. :) You can ping me on any of my socials if you want to ask anything else! Happy to help!!
Hello Aayushi, Thanks a lot for this informative video. However I have emailed you regarding some of my doubt about this course. Please kindly revert back. Thanks in advance.
1500 pounds a month in expenses? WTAF girl? In Southampton? Jesus Christ on a bike, you need to budget yourself. I was a student in London and Oxford and I never spent that much money a month. It is not strict with regards to assignments, it is your money that you spent and it is your drive and passion to get your grades so crack on :) (Crack on is a joke)
hello @kudla2london, thank you for your kind words. Maybe I am talking about the higher end of the budget but you can check this budget link by the University which adds up to almost the same. ( www.southampton.ac.uk/student-life/support-money/student-living-costs ). Hope this is something you can agree on :)
@@aayushitripathi wow, I stayed in student accommodation in Oxford and it was full board. I think times have changed. Wow All the best mate, finish studying and start earning :) PS: the expenses don't add up to 1500 :) but I am not being pedantic
