Salam Faz bhai, I want to apply visit visa for my mother. My Nani is not well and she was admitted in hospital also. She has medical reports and a letter from doctor about her condition. My both Mamu would like to invite my mother for visit to meet my Nani and they have mentioned in the letter that they (Mamu) will take care of my mother's expenses and stay in Canada. My mother doesn't have any bank account. What documents should I include along with her Visa application, please guide?

Salam Faz Ansari Bhai, if IRCC is not going to announce any BILL C-19 categories, will there be a way to make the assessment on what Categories will the BILL C-19 have for a certain time period, given the News, given economic Factors inside Canada (Health Care Shortage inside Ontario is a given and that is why OINP - also had Healthcare Draws). Will some ICCRC registered Consultant have some data to analyse which Categories will the BILL C-19 have and based on that intelligence can they advise their clients more effectively? Or will this become totally unpredictable and anyone’s guess.?

Hello there, I'm an electrical engineer. I have applied for ECA finally. Its been 5 years since I started learning french. I hoped I would be able to find a job in Pakistan. However, I it's been a year, I still haven't found a job. My goal is to move to Canada. But without one year experience, my marks are below cut-off score. I am depressed. There's no way I could find a job in Pakistan. Recently, I got to know that there is a ( French Proficiency) draw. To be selected in this draw, you have to achieve much lower cut-off score. Should I give English and French test. Do you suggest that?

I have 7 years of Experience. Out of which 1 year of my experience (last year till now) is of my Primary Occupation, from which I have used the Primary Occupation NOC Code. Can you please guide me how many years of my work experience I need to show in my Express Entry Profile? Do I need to show all 7 years of Work Experience? Or only show Work Experience of Total 3 years (including 1 Year of Experience with Primary Occupation NOC Code). Will this be a problem if I only show 3 years of Work Experience in past total 7 years and I have gap of 1 year in my Work Experience Information on my Express Entry Profile? Or if I show about 7 years of Work Experience on Express Entry Profile, will it give me any advantage (I am aware it will not add CRS points, but will it give some other edge for the profile to be chosen by any PNP with more years of Experience)?

Faz Bhai we have created express entry profile my wife is primarily applicant our express entry score is low 348 noc is 51112 technical writer ... my sister lives in Mississauga and wife brother lives in Manitoba and we selected all provinces in express entry is there any chance for us to get ITA from any province with this low score and this noc ??

I am a Federal Skilled Worker - Outland, in past 4 years my work experience is of 3 years and 1 year of it is gap, due to economic recession and being laid off during the COVID Pandemic. As an Express Entry Candidate, when I make my profile and put my data and record, will this be a problem and disadvantage to have a gap year in my profile? I have total 3 plus years of experience, but will it be an issue or show the gap year in my profile? I have heard from some people that having a gaps in employment and especially 1 year gap will be a problem for a Federal Skilled Worker - Outland Candidate and IRCC does not give preference to such FSW Outland candidates. What options do I have? Looking forward to your guidance on this matter, please help.

Sir can you just suggest me if I should go with my study permit only or apply for a SOWP simultaneously with two kids under the age of seven? What are my chances of getting these two visas? I m really confused . Because some people say that I should one visa at a time and work on the other afterwards but my kids are too young and I don't want to leave them in Pakistan. Invitation and tax filers are two recommended documents. If you don’t have these come up with strong justification of your visit in explanation letter
