Wow mind blowing this is ringneck proper indian parrot thats why talking this much, right now i have plumheaded in my hometown with parents 12yrs female, & i have ringneck gavthi parrot these are diff species they will not talk, they just whistle little & some kind of happy voices. I would like to meet this parrot if its near & your whole family permission.
