Basically he was not arrested for the murder but he was pointing out for it. He was never arrested or appear within 48hrs in front of a magistrate for that charge. There was no charge for murder but he pointed out 2 points. Should be more than 2 if he was pointing out for that. Where he was coming from, where he entered, where senzo was shot, where they escaped from and to where etc .lots to point. He didn't even make notes for the points. He said the notes were the proforma sheet.
Police can arrest you on a different charge and lie to you in order for you to end up conffesing to what they really wanted it's completely legal for cops to lie to you during interrogation which is why you must use your right to remain silent at all times even if you are innocent even if you are not under arrest the only time you are legally compelled to speak is if they ask for identification and residential address otherwise you just keep quiet.
