All charges must be written not be known only on the charging officer's head( drugs charge is written but bullets where found) keeps on saying its a mistake, so if it was a mistake this would have been rectified before going to court or making a confession.

With regards to recordings , it doesn't mean that if the defence managed not for the recording of Ntanzi to be admissible(as it violeted/infringed ntanzis rights), it doesn't mean that recordings in public areas, example garages, where there are CCTV, it doesn't get scratched/ ruled out. I would have sketch instances/possible eventualities to place reasonable doubt to the court of scenarios where people have been beaten up and tortured by police to get what they (the police) want.
