How the Spisula clam burrows into the sand, how to open the clam and what's inside.

Gathered shellfish at low tide. In Japan they are called Hokkigai, and we have a gerbil or Spisula. In this video I will show how the clam digs into the sand, show how to open it with a knife and what is inside the clam.
