So I have a question, if anyone knows the answer, I would greatly appreciate it. According to TC3-21.5, it doesn’t state that the movement of the flags is a counted movement, or at least, I don’t see it. So when they assume order arms, parade rest, carry colors etc, do they match the counts of the rifles?
@@HawtMuffon it does in fact look cool. And thanks for informing me my color guard team and I just recently incorporated it. It helps us maintain timing with our guards and keep overall uniformity. Thanks a bunch!
I think this is stupid. Those challenges, inspections should happen inside army. Public should not see this stuff.. they should see completed action without seeing background\behind scenes.

Back in my day, our color guard details had white ascots, helmets, belt, leggings, and '03 Springfields.. and fixed bayonets. We were ready.

Lead Rifle should be at Right Shoulders, while the Trail Rifle is a Left Shoulders.

i believe this is an army unit where they follow army tc 3-21.5
Following tc3-21.5 may 3 2021, both guards are at right shoulder arms

They don’t have too but it looks good when they do
