Damn l was rooting for Kusum through out the movie - she did so much for Manu than Tanu ever did - the latter only trampled over him every chance she got but Kusum fought her own family for Manu - l really felt like crying when Kusum went to her room in the end and broke down - my heart literally went out to her - Manu should have gone with Kusum :(

The film appealed to me because of Kangna's splendid performance. One rare film where the heroine plays double roles n yet the two characters seemed so different from each other as if being played by two different actresses! And I don't mean the different makeup, but Kangna's brilliance in portraying two entirely different personas, n both so very real n convincing, in the same movie.
Anand L. Rai (director) initially wanted to cast another actress in the role of Datto, however, later changed his mind after seeing Kangana's performance in the movie Queen. He told Kangana that only she can compete against herself.
Tanu finally got what she deserved in this scene. Fake person who puts on a front to cover up her fragile ego. I wanted Manu to defend Datto a bit more, but Datto handled it like a boss.

There are other good movies in hindi.. but this movie will get you higher only if you know hindi... coz only then you will understand the intensity in the typical tone of the short hair girl... by the way both of these girls are one n the same actress.. she played a double role in this movie..
GOT Fan Yeah I figured it was the same person from the credits. I have watched Lagaan, Rang De basanti, Gandhi and others, of course with captions on. There is story to India's independence of sacrifice and triumph.
But nowadays I hear too many people bad mouthing Gandhi and other freedom fighters. I feel like the country's forefathers are disrespected by their own people.

The film appealed to me because of Kangna's splendid performance. One rare film where the heroine plays double roles n yet the two characters seemed so different from each other as if being played by two different actresses! And I don't mean the different makeup, but Kangna's brilliance in portraying two entirely different personas, n both so very real n convincing, in the same movie.
Anand L. Rai (director) initially wanted to cast another actress in the role of Datto, however, later changed his mind after seeing Kangana's performance in the movie Queen. He told Kangana that only she can compete against herself.
I enjoyed every scene where Kangana delivers her dialogue...

Tanu finally got what she deserved in this scene. Fake person who puts on a front to cover up her fragile ego. I wanted Manu to defend Datto a bit more, but Datto handled it like a boss.

+Abdul Hameed Kangana is overrated. The script and the ensemble cast made this movie more than she did. Sure, she did a good job and any double-role is an accomplishment, but she shouldn't get the credit alone.

TWMR is best sequel movie of bollywood and This scene tells why Kangana won National award over Deepika's Piku...No doubt Piku was a great movie and deepika's simplicity was best but It was 2nd best performance of that year... Kangana on #1
