I love Mutahi Kagwe. I've always believed that he can be a wonderful president (not saying he should be). Wise enough to potentially help us live in peace with each other, but also practical enough for us to be economically successful. Reports say that he did very well in the ministry of ICT together with his PS, Bitange Ndemo, in the Kibaki era. I don't know him personally though, so I don't know his heart.

He absolutely is. I'm assuming that the KEMSA stuff was just muddying the waters during political season. After all, I see no logical conclusion (prosecution etc) by the ravenous rabble-rousers now in power (some of whom have actually been prosecuted for other things, some even convicted i.e found guilty).
