Thanks daljit been follwing you on youtube since fm 18 and recently on twitch, and i must admit i am finally able to create tactics, undestanding roles, and attributes and how to combine them. Thanks so much for you effort i really apreciate it. All the way from Namibia
Nice video as usual! I would like to ask a question concerning the tactic you used in Braintree. Why do you choose to use a wide target man in the flank? And It seems that the player you choose is not a strong player (or the attributes are not good as a target man). Thanks!
With Braintree I compare his attributes with the rest of the league + players are likely to look for him as a quick outlet. All I really need him to do is hold the ball up long enough to lay it off to others. And its like a cheap way to switch ball to other flank without the trait.
This will give me some food for thought on how I set up my Arsenal side. If I want slick, quick football ala Liverpool how direct should my passing be?
Great video mate. I have OCD, and I find it hard to overcome my thoughts that using presets is cheating in a way, I also can't use any downloaded tactics, my mind tells me not to for those too even though I'm useless at creating tactics and can't spot things. Been a football fan my whole life (season ticket holder for around 15 years) but never had a tactical brain unfortunately, I have always just watched for the entertainment aspect. I want to be able to create a tactic that employs a high aggressive press with good possession, 4231 or 4123. Then create a counter system for tougher games. Been looking at the diamond also. I have this other obsession that my striker needs to be my highest goalscorer in a tactic. I grew up watching Ronaldo (R9), and he was always the main goalscorer in the teams he played for.
For what it’s worth, RUclips’s algorithm generally prefers longer videos because it keeps people on the site longer. A lot of content creators use longer videos for this reason.
@@BusttheNet usually i go Normal, rarely cautious. sometimes i hate it when my players forget to counter. i have to scream at them at 5 games. then they go counter haha.
Sometimes lowering your mentality makes you take a safer route, and sometimes it drops you too deep. You need to pay attention to what your side is doing without the ball to see if it really is a good idea. You won't believe this but i sometimes play a 424 on very defensive mentality :-) to win.
@@BusttheNet i like Mourinho first reign at chelsea tactics, the counter attack is so precise. hopefully you can make a precise counter attack tactics.
You are a treasure to the community. Keep it up.
Thank you. Kind words indeed.

Mid-block, lower line of engagement, counter press, conter, play for set pieces, overlap and play wider. best tactic ever. balanced mentality

Probably standard and standard tempo to match whatever mentality you are on
Great video for both new and experienced players
Ok, so i tried to let the assman pick an choose the roles/duties and players to a match. Started the game. 21 seconds in first match we score 1-0. ;-)

personally think these would be easier to follow cut up into several two or three-minute videos.
