this is really cool! i am starting over on S1 for the last week and it seems much better than a couple of months ago
ASH is great, "I'm a dad and have a business and just dont have time for an mmo".... meanwhile he plays two mobile games and has what? 3 RUclips channels? lol Love it!

Really very psyched to have you two collab-ing as you're both two of my favourite cc's.
I played the hell out of season 1, was super into it and then basically took a season long break for season 2. I've just entered season 3 so trying to play a bit of catch up.
I think the reset does need an explanation though. It's an interesting concept in that you're sent back to level 1 though you have all your heroes and you have all your shards etc, its just that now there's a new area of the map to explore where you start from level 1 and go through a whole new story. Now, importantly, you still can go back to the areas you explored in season 1 and 2. It's just that the main story is now in the new location. It's also relatively easy to get your heroes back up to decent levels using exp potions and so, thus you don't feel like it's too hard to get back into a season after the reset.

AWESOME! Please do content on upcoming updates/events. And you guys make a great team, been following since Raid, can't wait till Saph finds this game worthy enough to data mine the code. Be honest about the unfair season rewards. Currently, Season 2 and 3 players did not get the rewards that the most recent season 1 players are getting, helio dice and legendary hero. It is not rewarding to be EARLY players/spenders of DRAGONHEIR. The devs make us feel expendable (season 2&3). They need to compensate the rewards the older players didn't get because of these SEASON CHANGES. THIS also secures NEW PLAYERS and gives them security in their accounts when the DEVs decide to update REWARDS from SEASON 1 as they move on to other seasons. They can tally the reward difference and just mailbox it, such as the heliodice, legendary hero & artifact.
FYI, Season 2&3 players have already finished/experienced season 1. However, the DEVs decided to update Season 1 with new rewards that season 2 & 3 players didn't get. Such as more heliodice, legendary hero + artifact. As a paying player, obviously it's better to start the game now rather than earlier. And because of this, why spend now when they can change season 1 again with more rewards. With the Dev's current logic, season 1 will never stop updating and newer players will always experience DRAGONHEIR better than older players.
So the solution to keep older players is to COMPENSATE the difference that NEWER PLAYERS will get as they JOURNEY through the game. Whenever there is a reward difference in any SEASON, all players that have already completed that season must recieve those rewards automatically. Otherwise being an older player will always feel unrewarding and under appreciated because newer players will always get more than older players, and when the newer players become older players, they will learn this and stop playing/spending.
