See the Christmas one you actually explained yourself why some parents choose to be honest with their children from a young age. I was older when I find out and was devastated too. I didn’t want that for my children. I also had a different appreciation for my dad once I knew knowing that it was him doing all that work and not some fictional old man. I told my girls that Father Christmas isn’t a real person. But a part of the imagination and magic of Christmas. They know the tooth fairy isnt real but they still put their teeth under their pillow when they lose one and are excited for what they get. They choose to believe in the magic of Father Christmas rather than me forcing a lie onto them, however magical that lie may be. Christmas is still as magic. Trust me. When done in the right way I think it’s best children grow up knowing he’s not a real man that comes down the chimney. In fact the thought of that terrified my niece to the point she wouldn’t go to sleep as she was so scared so my sister had to tell her he wasn’t real. I value honesty and trust with my children above all else.

Loved this video. I get what you are talking about and agree with you mostly. When my mother visited England way back, she told me that some people called her love. She liked it, and was not offended at all coming from the U. S. It was the 60’s then.
My gosh you are soooo hilarious Darling lol. You have listed off so many things that drive me crazy too! As far as theater behavior you would have a stroke here in the US by all the rudeness! People yell at the screen and make comments continuously as if everyone wants to hear their opinion! I want to add to your list…am I the only one driven nuts by people who put air freshener trees in their rear view mirrors and even worse when they don’t take down the 50 dead ones up there! Oh and texting while driving!
