This and your last own song are the reasons why your step away from reaction videos was the right one. You are a frontwoman in a metal/rock band. You are skilled as hell and you just need the right band/composer with the right songs that put your voice in the place where I could listen to it the last 2 songs. Great performance.
That, and also 4 songs I wrote and produced all on my own, with my Friend on the guitar and Francis (the same guy who mixed Last Kiss) in my team! 2 of them are completely finished, the other 2 almost done! 🤘 I think that it was, indeed, the right move, and I think I'm going to start doing those kinds of covers on RUclips. Those are really easy for me to do, in reality. I just somehow didn't really see the value of them myself until I posted Ocean Soul on the guitar just for fun and realized people really, genuinely loved it and connected with it. Turns out it's what I should have done from the start, really.
Your voice is SO beautiful and angelic in your own way! Plus you have an unique charisma! It's a delight to hear you to sing and perform. I'm also in love with the harp and I think the combination of that instrument and the style of music you sing makes everything so ethereal and pure! And I love your Nightwish covers also because I'm a HUGE fan of them! ♥
Fantastic cover! I didn't think the driving, intense feel of the original would quite translate to harp...I was wrong! Something about the last chorus in a lower register has an especially nice feel. I love this more casual format for covers! A cover of Our Decades In The Sun by Nightwish could be nice!
One of my favourite songs from the classic NW era. Floor does so much belting, your version was closest to Tarja I have heard, but in ballad style. Beautiful.

Wow, thank you! I definitely feel doing these kinds of covers might be the right thing for me to do! For a cover like this, all I need is a chord sheet and just a couple of run-throughs to warm up, and that's pretty much it. The amount of difference there is in the work is not even comparable!

Yess, it does remind me of that as well!!! It has a bit of a bittersweet feeling to it because of the Twitch days! Believe it or not, posting this kind of content is soooo scary to me. Playing LKG on the harp would be a great idea, i'll have to try to see how it can be done!

"The Duty of Dust" is however a duet. Thus, something that certainly should be a better fit, a song that somehow also made it again onto my 2021 playlist: "Minor heaven" by Tarja?

Amazing that this is just musical improv; doesn't sound rough to me. Since you are taking suggestions and play the guitar, Nightwish's, The Islander, would be a good one for a raw cover. Anything from Nightwish's "Walking in the Air" album, especially, Walking in the Air, on the harp. I think an interesting harp/vocal cover would be Bismark, by Sabaton. A quick search for "Bismark tab" brought up a guitar tab on songsterr. I'm not sure how you transpose these songs to the harp or guitar. Do you do it by ear? Haven't seen any Sabaton on your channel but I'm guessing that you might like them and already be familiar with their work.
The Islander and Walking in the Air are 2 really great ones I actually have played in the past! I would love to do them at some point, that's for sure!! Thanks for the suggestions!! How about a nightwish medley with your harp, similar to what melodicka bros did recently. Maybe pick 1 or 2 songs from each singer and tie them together in your own way.
