Amen brother. Great video. I really enjoyed it. I myself typically wear shorts and a T-shirt to worship every Sunday. I have a lot of tattoos and I definitely don’t fit in with the fundamental guys. I think suits look sharp, but they’re just not for me. Peter Ruckman wore a suit a lot, but he also knew how to get down on the blue collar level. He knew how to talk to people across the spectrum just like you do. That’s why I enjoy the content and I like your videos. .
Thanks Roy that was a good clarification of marriage divorce and remarriage:-) it's also a good reference to the importance of reading all the way through a chapter to get the whole meaning and using cross references you can't add to it and you can't leave anything out this is how we clarify the true meaning of the word of God! For there is many a man standing at the podium that will put a Twist on your life and bind you according to his Twisted personal rules and twisted traditions and wrong,interpatatoons,, to control you and make sure that you suffer in loneliness like they say misery loves company Jesus came to set us free and do not come under bondage again😮 sometimes it's an everyday struggle trying to dodge all the nooses they are trying to throw around your neck 😢

re: women wearing pants - A church we were members of for 10 years, way back in Virginia, had a strict rule from the pastor that women were NOT to wear pants for anything that was church related. This included the church fishing trips AND the church softball team. Any women/girls had to wear skirts to be there. That pastor had some serious problems, as we later found out. We ended up walking out and never looking back when we found out why so many church members, long time members with jobs within the church, suddenly disappeared.

Thanks Brother Roy! I’m still concerned about the Pastors in America that used to wear suits and ties but now dress down to make worldly people more comfortable in the Sanctuary of the Church house. This typically is preceded by the music going to ccm and food and drinks allowed into the Sanctuary. It saddens me to see that which was once a sacred place consecrated unto God become ordinary, worldly, and a common place in Laodicea.
Let me ask you this question where is the Suit & Tie dress code mentioned in the Holy scriptures in the age of Grace question mark and why do you feel that it's holy when it's nothing more than tradition of men a fad derived from personal preference and is not biblical? Are we robots? Is there not cultural differences in the world or are all week and under peer pressure enforced to comply to some dress code or some man's idea of what is cool acceptable and what is not😢 it's really hard to get people to answer these questions when it rubs them in a soft spot😅

My observation is when pastors begin to dress down, along with other changes, the church gains speed on the slippery slope into Laodicea. It’s a touchy subject with no easy answers.
re: marriage/divorce/remarriage - The woman my brother married was, we found out later, horrible. She cheated on him constantly while he was in the navy. 10 years! I found out later that she used me to babysit her daughters while she did it. She divorced him after reconnecting with her high school sweetheart at their reunion...which my brother took her to... from which she ditched my brother to run off with said guy. Yeah. Mess. He let her go without any fighting because they had 2 daughters, and he wanted as little damage on them as possible. He later found a woman that he fell in love with, and they got married. At the time, he was pastoring a very small congregation out in the middle of nowhere in northern, CA. The people there had a fit because he was remarried. It didn't matter what his first wife did, or that she left him... People can get behind a cause for no other reason than to have something to argue about.

Jesus commanded all born again Believers to partake of the cup in the unleavened bread the body of Christ to keep doing so in his remembrance as often as you do it! Now imagine a popular leader or pastor of a church setting a mandate that no Christian could partake of the Lord's Supper unless they were baptized with water in his church! This just happened online video in front of the whole world where they come up with traditions in personal preferences in rules of men that Trump the very word of God! And yet no one questioned it😮 imagine being told that you cannot partake of the Lord's Last Supper by the pastor of a church as a born-again saved Christian😢 this seems to be more than just heresy when someone actually hinders someone from obeying the observance of the Lord's Last Supper😢 biblically what do you think?
