In the video that Johnnyboi posted, I put into the comments, a tiktok they mentioned in chat, and that tiktok has a ton of TAS freestyle shots, and looks like insane clips on players but are clearly TAS. It's been going on for months, I can't believe you guys are finally noticing it. I noticed this stuff like 6 months ago or so. But since it was TAS I always assumed it wasn't on live servers, was just video editing, but apparently they are in live now. So maybe it being on live is the new part?
he said he doesnt have tas ingame, in the stream where he got asked the questions shown in the video, about 10 minutes before de discord call, the cheater said theres no way of using tas ingame. he got asked about the robotic movement, and he simply said he was good (which is true)

I am an IT professional and have been encountering this myself. I don't understand how it works since RL uses dedicated servers, but it does seem to be a form of lag switching. peer to peer games suffer from this a lot, but with dedicated servers it's not supposed to be possible. I assume it's the same process as lag switching but likely with an additional step that must be done when logging into the game. the only conclusion I can make is that they found a weird way to connect to the RL servers to "trick" the server into thinking the victim is the one lagging and not the actual lag switch user. I wouldn't be surprised if the additional unknown step has something to do with what region they select to play in as well. either way, it's an issue on the server side that needs to be found and patched in order to stop this exploit. I am assuming that Epic knows what it is, but implementing a patch for it must be easier said than done. this would explain why they have been silent on the matter, admitting to a known live exploit that impacts their servers would hurt stock prices.
this is crazy this is coming up because I recently ran into this, I basically have an entire game footage of a guy i played against that was invisible only for me
A couple days ago we ran into this guy who had perfect flicks. They looked bot like, how powerful and perfectly timed they were (this was either champ2 or 3). But he was going for aerials and stuff too, but he could not hit the ball in the air. Didn't know if it was an actual player, or maybe someone using an activatable flick script or something lol. It was weird.
Probably Nexto being triggered on/off. The guy is an idiot though, you're suppose to avoid doing the perfect dribble flicks and let it do everything else for you. Or they just let nexto go without triggering it; it will go for aerials and miss almost every time because of slight lag/delay. Its impossible for most people to hold a stable 120 FPS and without a stable 120 FPS the bot doesnt work.
playing since 2016 and the only time I saw invis cars myself was the day of the patch day of that first sports car was added where people who hadn't updated couldn't see the new car
I came across a random short showing someone having to deal with invisible cheaters. I thought maybe it was a bug purely on rocket league’s end but seems like it actually may not be.
to answer your questions on the bots, the nexto bot that surfaced in ranked late 2022/2023 was a modified version called "Thoramirl" which yes anyone can still use however its a guaranteed ban plus with the rise in skill level the bot struggles to get gc now compared to back then when they could get to the top of the leader board. most unknown players at the top just wintrade or ddos
Epic games is the only thing that ends up lag switching me. I get into the newest servers and have 1-3 seconds of full frame loss style lag, coupled with ping spikes about 100 ping extra from what I usually play with. And it isn't just me getting these either. Friends who play on all different regional servers, with fiber or other forms of super good internet ALSO experience hitch-like lag stutters that come from ping issues. Epic Games is the real reason the servers blow chunks. And, it always ends up being: the longer I play, the worse the lag spikes get.
this actually happens to me when i play public private matches sometimes there’s 5 ppl on 1 team and u can’t see the extra player there invisible it’s a bug but it’s possible to cheat with it too
There’s this guy on YT I’ve just started seeing clips from. His name is ‘Devas’. Look him up. He legit posts himself cheating with infinite boost, infinite double jumps, ball trajectory tracking, all of it.
2:05 This still happens I can confirm, I have the best internet connection I could possibly get. Still got lagged out of at least 3 games. each of those I started off at 30 ping and after being 2 goals up about 2 minutes in DC'd at 900+ ping.
Banwaves are better than individually banning people for a couple of reasons. You stated that you get rid of all the known cheaters at once, which is true but not the main-reason. If it was a live banning system, cheaters could test the limits and pin-point exactly what triggers the ban and fix this one specific part of code in their client. If its in banwaves on the other hand, its way harder and takes longer to figure out the weak spot of the tool because it could essentially be anything. So it basically stalls time and is annoying as hell for the coders. Its like you taking a math test, but only get your grade and will not be shown where your mistakes were, you just have to figure it out while being completely in the dark.
It’s literally a major issue almost every single loss I got was bc of cheaters. And I have cross play off to play with kids my age and still I’m running into mouse and keyboard against me.
this isn’t the first instance in rocket league history of cheating btw, there has been a bug with bakkesmod on Epic Games where you can bypass something that allows you to use any bakkesmod feature or plug-in that you have installed. this does include invisible cars, infinite flips, infinite boost, spawning the ball right infront of you, aimbot and anti-aimbot, literally any bakkesmod feature. from what i’ve seen no one has leaked the method yet thankfully but it’s likely to never become a real problem because the method changes with each bakkesmod update.
Hey Rizzo I actually came in contact with this guy on one of his alt discord accounts in the Rocket League discord server. When I was talking to him he said he actually ranks these accounts to SSL and gets the SSL tag then sells them for a decent lump sum of money to players that want them.
i ran into one literally a few hours ago, the only reason i am 100% sure is because everyone's ping went crazy, then his game crashed in the middle of the game and as soon as he came back the ping went back to normal.
They have ball predictions, auto speed flip kick off, auto demo, arial assist, timers for boost pads, they have multiple things you can use in rocket league as a hack
I've ran into two bots at GC1 (the same bot twice and another) that had everything that Garrett's tweet showed. Never out of ball cam, perfect control and flicking at the perfect time. The bot I matched against and with actually went up for aerials though, it was a little less than a year ago. This invisibility bug seems to be an abuse of an old bug that was in the game years ago for a few weeks I think. I have no idea how they've turned it around into something they can toggle.
Nexto can aerial, just not any more than getting singular hits, they can't air dribble at all. Haven't run into any in ranked but I've played it offline like it's intended.
My comment is a bit of a tangent from the topic, but I felt it fit nicely. This takes me back to a ones match where the opp was convinced I was cheating. Not any of the cheats listed in the video, but an infinite boost cheat. The replay could prove him wrong, but being probably 12, they reported me on impulse. I wasn’t banned because I don’t cheat, but I found the situation emblematic of how people will often seek an injustice against them instead of looking inward to see where they could improve themselves. It’s like a strange cognitive dissonance, “I never lose unless it’s against a cheater,” type mentality.
3:30 yup a couple of days ago i ran into a guy using some kind of bot, but after reporting him and logging on the next day he was banned so they seem to be getting banned pretty quick
For the first time in 9 years, I havent turned on the game for more than 5 months. Even tho I only paid about 20-30€ over the item shop in these 9 years of daily playing, its annoying having to boycot greedy companies. 💀
Banwaves are just a way for devs to figure out what the cheat is and how to setup the anti cheat to counter it. The reason they do banwaves is just because if they ban one person at a time instantly they'll know the hack but they won't know anything in debt.
I've actually experienced the invisible car glitch first hand. I was at a LAN tournament for RL and we had to restart our game because one of our players went invisible.
One thing I been noticed since last season is, if a win 5 games in a row the next 3 or 4 games my car will feels awful and I would be missing a lot of shots, either way, no touching the ball or sending the ball to a completely different way. Then after those 3-5 bad games car comes back to normal then I started playing well again for the next 5 games and repeat.
Tbh, I think is placebo. This game already requires an insane amount of focus and after the rank reset, the game has become even sweatier. 5 game amounts to around 40 mins of play if you consider OT's, waiting time, etc so try to take a break every 5-6 games and see what happens.
I find it hard to believe that people haven't been able to use unlimited boosts and modified jumps in matchmaking. Definitely had some moments early on in RL about how much boost people should've had.
There’s a “Goalkeeper Bot” In Champ right now that i’ve ran into over 10 times now. Literally just sits in net and makes insane saves. You can’t even demo the thing it’s so insane. The movement and stuff makes it so obvious it’s a bot.
There are codes in all games files. It's a massive rabbit hole to get to them. The spitting Brit has a couple of videos showing it. But u can debug and tweak the game. In RL there's a lot of updates and events that have came out. There are files for all of it. Like unlimited boost, making it harder for a player to get a goal, seeing the direction of where the ball is going to go. And if they get caught, they have another account and do it again. In a single player game I don't care about cheating. But in a multiplayer game, that is pretty scummy.
I feel so bad, I was the person who suggested to bakkes to program the ability to go invisible in the first place, I wanted to try to not think at all about my car and just have it as a mental model. Seeing it be turned into a cheater tool makes me feel awful, maybe none of this would have happened if I hadn't suggested it
Imagine if we connected to one person's host in each server we play in, kinda like how Halo 2 servers worked. Game would be ruined completely. It was so easy to pull host, put your friend's IPs in trusted zone via Zonealarm software, then use cain and abel to grab opponent's IPs and put them in the poisoned zone with a firewall and mouse macro going from -low med high med low-consistently during the match. Everyone in the game would lag except for the people with the IPs in the trust zone via the software. Were talking 2005 here boys.
There are cheaters at every level. It's constant and pathetic. Lag Switching is happening in almost every match, especially the tournaments. It's not to disconnect, but to cause the other team to be unable to play the ball. Everything will be fine, then suddenly their ping shoots thru the roof and your team is unable to hit the ball properly. There is also hitbox altering and more. When the maker of the game allows mods it creates a culture of cheating.
I hate cheaters and btw lag switchers are considered cheaters, I use to be a tekken player learned alot through my time and lag switching on tekken makes your opponents inputs much slower so you can't attack or defend.
Search LSP SHOWTEK DEVIL JIN VS NEWYORKKILLA67 BOB. Can't remember if the lag was noticeable but I beat him and had my clan try exposed them at the time.
ApparentlyJack get some of those dudes, there is even a "new" way to cheat: "DDoS" , the opponent literally kick him out of the server after loosing by 5 goals or something like that
I recently posted proof of invisible cheaters in RL a few vids ago. The other time it happened I wasn't recording but it was as if they were invis and teleporting too idk.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the effectiveness of lag switching mostly dependent on the server requiring someone to be the host client and that host would be the one to benefit most from the LS. I was under the impression that RL servers are client based not host based, and if that is the case then how can you benefit (cheat) with a lag switch in a game that utilizes client based servers? And, funny thought, what if someone legit locked in that hard that they climbed 700 mmr in one day xD
i guess the lower ranked players are in the best position tbh, it makes sense for cheaters to try and climb to the top of the leaderboard and try to make sure that real pros can’t reach the best rank.
Tyrese is the same guy that started the whole TAS thing AND the same person who started implementing nexto into an external program and selling it for people to run the bot in ranked. You can see he calls himself Tyrese in 6:47
If bakkesmod is the issue could also be the solution I'm sure there's way to reverse people being invis on your clients side using bakkesmod. Just a thought.
couple months ago I played against a kid using nexto to boost himself. He was C2 when I played him. You could tell it was a bot because of the way it dribbles. Completely perfect dribbles with no bouncing or corrections and as soon as you get close it hits the most absurd breezy you've ever seen in your life. The guy also was bragging we got be by a bot at the end of the game. We only lost by 1 and by the 2 minute mark we had the bot figured out. Just gotta bait the flick and keep the ball high on the wall

Everytime I join a match, I check my teammates ping to see if somebody has a bad connection so I know what to expect from their play. Game starts all right with everybody around 30-40 ping so everybody should be queueing from EU. We smash the opponents for half of the game then suddenly we are the only ones lagging as hell. It was really strange since the opponents are not affected in any way. Sometimes we manage to score even with lag and the opponents immediately leave the game. Its a real thing

Idk why people cheat in rocket league tbh. It took them 8 years to invent cheats for the game. At that point you gotta think maybe you would get better if ya just played the game the way its intended
@@enigma5195people just do it to troll / grief. I’m sure everyone who has a Smurf account would also cheat if it was as accessible.
Tyreese is known tbf. He was known for faking clips on tiktok with Tas and passing it off as real. He's the guy who worked to get TAS into the game before Rocket Sledge, the one you couldn't tell was Tas. (He's not the one who programmed it though)

You gotta have like the smallest ego possible to cheat AND flaunt it like you're better than everyone, meanwhile we're all just laughing at them for being pathetic
and they're laughing because they're trolling and getting a reaction, noone really loses

never thought i'd see this day but it's here 😔😭
I'm waiting for cheaters to be able to use mods like heatseeker in competitive lol
I’ve had this happen to me sooo many times especially in tournaments it’s so annoying how people have to ruin and destroy everything.
Rocket leagues player base is already toxic enough
2:31 dark : why the background is a prison cell bro?
LMFAO I JUST REALIZED THE BG BECAUSE THAT MESSAGE 🤣
this is crazy this is coming up because I recently ran into this, I basically have an entire game footage of a guy i played against that was invisible only for me
The next lmtd mode will be invisible cars lol
I was on the team with the guy from the original invisibility video, the video was iconic here in OCE. Very weird to see it show up here haha
Only way to tell if epic games even remembers they own rocket league is if they ban this guy
I like how he casually says "you want me to get into it" as if he didnt have like 40 tabs of evidence/background open already
Remember when ppl used to say a lag switch was a literal light switch connected to ur computer LOL
Its impossible for most people to hold a stable 120 FPS and without a stable 120 FPS the bot doesnt work.
this video is unironically hilarious
why is bro in prison
playing since 2016 and the only time I saw invis cars myself was the day of the patch day of that first sports car was added where people who hadn't updated couldn't see the new car
Would love this as a new rumble power up
I came across a random short showing someone having to deal with invisible cheaters. I thought maybe it was a bug purely on rocket league’s end but seems like it actually may not be.
The mario strikers music goes hard
The jail background has me dead😂
We got cheaters in RL before GTA6 💀
to answer your questions on the bots, the nexto bot that surfaced in ranked late 2022/2023 was a modified version called "Thoramirl" which yes anyone can still use however its a guaranteed ban plus with the rise in skill level the bot struggles to get gc now compared to back then when they could get to the top of the leader board. most unknown players at the top just wintrade or ddos
They should make a game mode out of it and call it invisaball 😂
Epic games is the only thing that ends up lag switching me. I get into the newest servers and have 1-3 seconds of full frame loss style lag, coupled with ping spikes about 100 ping extra from what I usually play with. And it isn't just me getting these either. Friends who play on all different regional servers, with fiber or other forms of super good internet ALSO experience hitch-like lag stutters that come from ping issues. Epic Games is the real reason the servers blow chunks. And, it always ends up being: the longer I play, the worse the lag spikes get.
this actually happens to me when i play public private matches sometimes there’s 5 ppl on 1 team and u can’t see the extra player there invisible it’s a bug but it’s possible to cheat with it too
people who cheat always be like "cuz im bored"
There is lots of cheats I could think of for RL
Ball magnet (Draws the ball to u)
Show where the ball will land
Make car faster
etc..
thw other day i got into a comp gameand a hacker was making everybody jump. weirdest thing ever
There’s this guy on YT I’ve just started seeing clips from. His name is ‘Devas’. Look him up. He legit posts himself cheating with infinite boost, infinite double jumps, ball trajectory tracking, all of it.
YOOOOOOO MY CLIP MADE IT INTO A RIZZO VIDEO
Lmao, the last sentence, guess next years april first is gonna be the game mode "Now you see me"
It’s literally a major issue almost every single loss I got was bc of cheaters. And I have cross play off to play with kids my age and still I’m running into mouse and keyboard against me.
Never seen someone make a Rocket League video from jail. Whew. Guess it’s a first for everything 😂😂
Oh it’s a green screen 🤦🏾♂️🤣🤣🤣
this isn’t the first instance in rocket league history of cheating btw, there has been a bug with bakkesmod on Epic Games where you can bypass something that allows you to use any bakkesmod feature or plug-in that you have installed. this does include invisible cars, infinite flips, infinite boost, spawning the ball right infront of you, aimbot and anti-aimbot, literally any bakkesmod feature. from what i’ve seen no one has leaked the method yet thankfully but it’s likely to never become a real problem because the method changes with each bakkesmod update.
Hey Rizzo I actually came in contact with this guy on one of his alt discord accounts in the Rocket League discord server. When I was talking to him he said he actually ranks these accounts to SSL and gets the SSL tag then sells them for a decent lump sum of money to players that want them.

Recently I've been finding many Bots in 1s in Higher Champ to GC ...
i ran into one literally a few hours ago, the only reason i am 100% sure is because everyone's ping went crazy, then his game crashed in the middle of the game and as soon as he came back the ping went back to normal.
They have ball predictions, auto speed flip kick off, auto demo, arial assist, timers for boost pads, they have multiple things you can use in rocket league as a hack
Air dribble bumping an invisible cheater is crazy
Yall know rizzo hurting bc he didn’t get a farewell like squishy got 😂

thorami bot invasion phase : am i a joke to you?
Rizzo, I can't get enough of your content, so I subscribed!
I've seen this bug years ago and had a friend that played invisible in a game exactly like this. Crazy it's back in the game lol
Haven't run into any in ranked but I've played it offline like it's intended.
multiplayer gaming is COOKED
Swear I had just played that DayQuil addict guy before this stuff happened. I remember thinking, “that’s an interesting name”
But in a multiplayer game, that is pretty scummy.
rizzo when you called your vids with JonSandman old i withered by 10 years
Rest assured this invisibility hack isnt the only one
I'm playing confirmed bots for the last 2 months. In champ 1s. zero defence , perfect dribble and flicks, no replay skip, and no quick chat.
why does the back look like a prison cell man??? 🤣
Invisible cars could be a fun game mode
Can't remember if the lag was noticeable but I beat him and had my clan try exposed them at the time.
imagine getting air dribble bumped when you're invisible. So sad
ApparentlyJack get some of those dudes, there is even a "new" way to cheat: "DDoS" , the opponent literally kick him out of the server after loosing by 5 goals or something like that
I remember when you played the chinese version, the tutorial had the ball predicion line. Could be using that too
I recently posted proof of invisible cheaters in RL a few vids ago. The other time it happened I wasn't recording but it was as if they were invis and teleporting too idk.
You can’t do TAS in real time so TAS can be ruled out. Only exception would be if it were prerecorded TAS but in that case you need an exact setup
Saw a bot two days ago in RL. Reminds me of Game Of Thrones seeing a white walker.
Lag switching was around on original Xbox, really popular with Halo 2
I actually played against DayQuil Addict like 2 days ago but he wasn’t invisible, was casual 2s tho
couple months ago I played against a kid using nexto to boost himself.
