Why not give bonus to current employees to stop them from leaving?

My son who graduated 2 years ago, his salary is 90k today in IT. At even $60k starting for these CO job is like a slap in the face, really. Don't get me wrong, I get it that everybody is working a slave job but would you rather be a slave getting $60k or the slave getting $90k. It's not rocket science here.

Don't treat inmates badly they are human beings, it is because they got convicted. The correctional officers should treat each individual nicely or cordially.

Much better this place is full of political psychopathic crazies. Just look at it. They live in a world of racist delusion. The tax money is wasted like on this maximum security prison and a vikings stadium. And soccer stadiums. When you have individuals who are influenced by political donations and a racist core of voters and insane homelessness over priced rents you get crime that sky rockets the taxes are to high the rents too high and the people are insane for the policy's they stand for.

It's possible they toured a cell block with less inmates in it. They probably do that for safety reasons since they are prisoners and they could attack at any time.

I met a guy on Facebook in 2019 and we were in a relationship until 2023 and we never met in person then dec 13,2023 he was accused of a crime he didn't commit and he will be in prison for up to 40yrs for me it's really hurt I cry everyday every night because I miss him so bad I want to see him but I don't how because I'm here in the Philippines and my boyfriend is from Minnesota 😭😭😭
