Feds urge Ontario to step up child-care funding

Families Minister Jenna Sudds said Monday some Ontario daycare centres have pulled out of the federal government's national early learning and child-care program because of a provincial ‘delay in process’ regarding long-term funding for providers. Ontario says it has been doing its part.
