It's funny how people always tell you you dont eat healthy... I find you have a very well balanced diet! You eat a lot of fruits and veggies but you don't deprive yourself of meats, cheese, grains and eggs or even deserts. My diet is very similar to yours and I have always been fit, healthy, AND happy because I can still eat all of my favorite foods. keep it up girl :)

I figured to look up a few light recipes for my girlfriend and me yesterday, as she comes home late due to late shifts at work, for the next few days. I stumbled upon your video and decided to make the tuna salad. Needless to say, there were no leftovers. The dressing really is very tasty! I also included olive bread to the dish. In contrary to your statement, we didn't find it too heavy that soon before bedtime, so that's another plus. Made it for myself as lunch again today, same ingredients, same result! Definitely keeping this in my head when I'm too lazy, to have at least a healthy and tasty option. Thank you!
Girl if you want to eat meat then do it. I eat the same way you do and have had no problems. Clear skin, no discoloration, and I am in great shape. There's nothing wrong with your diet so let these rude, angry vegans talk as much as they want

You can also put the halves of ciabatta's in the oven (if you have one) with the mozzarella. Just drizzle some olive oil on the bread and add the slices of mozzarella, put them in the oven for just a little while. Then add your other ingredients and tadaaa. Takes just a couple of minutes longer but it's delicious :) Loved these recipes!
Love how people are so judgemental in regards to what she's eating. I'd like to see your diets on a daily basis and see how they scrub up. Everybody and everyone is different. Our bodies like different foods - she can eat whatever she wants as its her body and her choice. Basically to those who are typing nasty comments - get a life. Mr Not That Famous Made that tuna salad for my girlfriend and me yesterday, it really IS delicious! Three main ingredients and the dressing, so easy but good. I took about 2/3 of the olive oil in balsamic vinegar and that same amount in mustard, honey about a tablespoon full, half a lemon as shown and salt & pepper. I hope you already tried it and if not, are going to soon! It's also not too heavy on the stomach. Enjoy!

Sammi when you're cooking pasta, try to put the sauce over drained pasta in the pot, add grated parmesan and give it a stir there and not in the plate, it'll taste a lot better. Also, olive oil is usually not necessary as probably already contained in the sauce but if the pasta still gets sticky then add it after the sauce. Loved the video!
How did I know that everyone would be saying their piece in the comments? Guys, the actual problem is segregating things into "good food" and "bad food". Obviously there are some processed foods that have no nutritional value, but this wasn't garbage, and a balance can be achieved once you relax and let go of this fear surrounding food. It's supposed to fuel and heal you, but it's also a source of sensory pleasure. Continuing along those lines, there is a tremendous body of research that shows dieting is the WORST thing you can do for your body, because the yo-yoing stresses the body's resources to the point of creating the diseases you're working to avoid. Eat. Live. Love. You're not undoing a life's work by having smashed avo on toast.

All these vegans talking about restricting calories - a high fat low carb diet makes you feel fuller quicker and longer because of the HEALTHY fat of the food she is eating. These meals will make her full. Everyone is different, and she is certainly not restricting any calories.

Amanda Hague idk if fat burns fat and im not going to google it ,but i can say that olive oil is a healthy fat because it is unsaturated. and sugar actually contributes to the production of fat moreso than actual fats.

Refined oil and refined sugar is not particularly healthy. she eats a lot of vegetables which is good but seems to mix it all with oil and eat small portions. Her small salad could contain 30 calories but she adds hundreds of calories worth of olive oil onto it. Eating some form of wholefood carbohydrate like rice or a jacket potato would be much healthier and probably much more satisfying for her.
It's healthier than what I eat, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. It's all relative. This video is inspiration for someone like me who is trying to cook more at home instead of eating so many processed foods.

All these vegans talking about restricting calories - a high fat low carb diet makes you feel fuller quicker and longer because of the HEALTHY fat of the food she is eating. These meals will make her full. Everyone is different, and she is certainly not restricting any calories.

Amanda Hague idk if fat burns fat and im not going to google it ,but i can say that olive oil is a healthy fat because it is unsaturated. and sugar actually contributes to the production of fat moreso than actual fats.

mrs roxanne It doesnt matter where you live. Refined oil and refined sugar is not particularly healthy. she eats a lot of vegetables which is good but seems to mix it all with oil and eat small portions. Her small salad could contain 30 calories but she adds hundreds of calories worth of olive oil onto it. Eating some form of wholefood carbohydrate like rice or a jacket potato would be much healthier and probably much more satisfying for her.
It's healthier than what I eat, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. It's all relative. This video is inspiration for someone like me who is trying to cook more at home instead of eating so many processed foods.

Oils are not healthy for you avacados are but maybe 1 or 2 a week. Oils make you gain a lot of weight.
