Yes, Miss Finland from 1952, in fact the very first Miss Universe has maintained her beauty to this very day. Poor Miss Universe of 1970, read she recently passed. She obviously took sick and became almost unrecognizable or perhaps that was not a good pic. Her short haircut from what I can see makes her look faded, no doubt from the illness.
The two most stunning Margaret Gardiner and Oxana federova in their time...this last one looks soooo much better and younger without that tons and tons of exagerated make up

Through the years, most of these winners managed to keep their looks and some even look better. That being said, Miss Japan 1960, Miss Brazil 1968, & Miss Puerto Rico sadly were not recognizable. It was bone chilling to see this and wonder if the above have been ill. I know the 1970 Puerto Rico has recently passed. Time has stood still for a majority of them save for the 3 listed above. Something must have happened in the interim.
