As someone who's been piloting the deck for most of the time it's existed, I think Ken has been doing a fantastic job at steering new pilots in the right direction and it was a pleasure seeing him on this channel
Ken’s mustache has huge Krark energy!!!Was nice to get more in depth information with the “boogey man” of cedh. I do enjoy the interview format quite a bit, nice to have dive deep into the interesting stuff. Great questions! Dig the vid, hope we get to see more stuff like this in the future
Great Video. Love your content Eisenherz. Always love to hear you talk Ken. You have such a positive vibe when you speak. Keep it up! Both of you! And greetings to the Krark discord. The greatest discord out there ;)
One small correction: At Tier1Con at least, the Krark Sakashima pilot who wound up making Top 4 was involved in multiple slow play "prompts" that were not official warnings, plus I believe was given an official warning during the semifinal. I also believe he was given a warning during the "swiss" rounds the previous day. He admitted that he was pretty inexperienced, so I don't put too much weight on it, but it's not without precedent that Krark Sakashima seems to lead some amount of time-related issues
I still think a lot of these issues, i.e. judge calls etc, are also prevalent in other decks, but are much less called. Marchesa has a 30 minute Ad Naus turn where the player fizzled. People frequently stall when passing priority. Players take excessively long Final Fortune turns when they clearly don't have it. There is a culture that is sort of supported by non-tournament cEDH of long games and being able to reference lists etc, that makes tEDH a not fully-realized vision.
I am piloting krark sakashima’s dragons approach deck…. It’s fun! Ok everyone take three damage ok take three damage take 3 … dam…age I look up I have killed 2 players and didn’t even know it. 0.0 soooo fun.
this looks fun to play, but im thinking my copy storm vayran can take this on with minimal effort, regardless ima build a version of this ( im the mad man in my play group lol )

This must be the best video I’ve seen on Krarkashima yet. Such a thoughtful discussion and very interesting points made.

I am a simple man. I see an Eisenherz video, i press like.
Dieses Deck hat in kürzester Zeit mein Herz erobert und ist mein Main Deck geworden.

einsenherz i think the audio and video are desincronized
I thought I fixed it, might need to reupload later when I'm home
Which is more toxic to the CEDH meta Krark-a-shima or Fish Hulk?
Fish Hulk for sure. It almost killed the format xD
Fish Hulk 100%. Krark isnt a Tier 0 deck, Hulk decks became Tier 0 and almost killed the community
So how do I win against this? Krarkashima has been running over the meta for cedh
