If you are 99 range/mage with 99 str, you can get 50 atk without getting any other combat lvl so 1 atk would be useless at this point. 1 atk only if he is lower than 67 mage/range
funny how 50 attack is 0 combat levels but then 60 attack if ur a 20 def pure i think is either 4-5 combat levels.

the 99 str 1 attack 99 range is not a thing , if your acc is 1 attack 99 str you can only be 68 range before you become range based combat , if you get 99 range on a 1 attack account you have failed badly and are a idiot . 99 range allows you to have 50 attack 99 str

How tf do you not know you can get 50 attack without gaining any cmb's at 99 ranged/mage/str lol. That's pretty basic shit. Assuming he's 1 99 30 with 99 HP and 31 Prayer he can get upto 66 Ranged at 68 Combat.
