- Well, we finally poured the footers to our dream house! it was a few extra yards of concrete but it was well worth it!

Thanks.....in the spring I'll be using "form-a-drain" for my lake house footers. All my stem walls for the house 1800qf, front and back porches and two 30x32 garages...2 car garage and a drive thru two boat garage will be in ICF and the entire one story house will be ICF..👍

Hee the rebar for the walls are 16 inches to 2 feet on center. Or to match cmu block walls etc. Love the channel.

These guys specialize in foundations. For me to rent all of the forms, the cost difference wasn’t that much to just have them form them haha I’ll be there for the pour tho!

Foundation is wide I'm sure there's good reason for it but I'll tell you right now it makes the block layers work much easier. You pouring in place or you doing a block foundation

They do flat work not footings and foundations 🇺🇸✌🏼
Fred is correct. We do flat work. Plus, it would have taken me a lot longer to form and pour. These guys formed the footers and poured them the same day haha
