I am in final year of my med school. This pandemic has torn the world apart. All my plans have flown out the window, exams are pending, life hanging by a thread; will have to jump into Covid duty the moment they declare the results.
I want to do it too. But this was the last few months of sitting in a classroom, taking digs at professors, sneaking in a smoke behind the dissection halls, pulling all nighters with the squad. And this will never come back. Instead I'm stranded on a laptop muting/unmuting my way through lectures. I was hurting.
