It's like a huge lump is stuck inside my throat. I can't gulp it down coz it hurts a lot trust me it hurts a lot. And when I try to spit it out the pain come backs again engulfing me on the past trauma. I know it's gonna be okay after sometime but how can u feel okay when after giving Soo much love to the world u get back nothing but hurt and tears. Everyone is strong but trust me our softness fades away due to the societies norms and boundaries. Whoever read all this if u are feeling suffocating like me then know that you are not alone.
