LONG COMMENT: If sentinels are changing their roster I think it would only apply to Marved on the IGL role bc Sacy and Pancada both are under 2-year contract and they performed well enough. Zekken clearly was the best with great consistency and he has a long career still to improve and win things. Tenz had his ups and downs but still managed to perform great in matches that sadly as a whole team they couldn't close (like vs Lev). Marved is just so good and SEN should keep him and adapt his new IGL role as a new team without a STANDART IGL (like PRX) bc MARVED clearly has his own style. So, I think the roster will remain because IT CAN WORK (That's facts, they just need better team plays and dynamic to adapt against STRUCTURED TEAMS) but Zekken will definitely be on duelist permanently and maybe on Sova so he will share double duelist with Tenz. Tyson will most probably switch to a flex role so he can help the team with frags and more aggressive play (sth deph couldn’t execute with SEN). Both Sacy and Pancada will stick to initiator and controller so they play the roles confidently just like now. If all the aspas thing happens anyway then Tenz probably will just leave, seems unlikely but no one knows bc I dont's see him as a 6th man.
the whole aspas thing was bs, George even requoted slasher's statement and put a face palm emoji which pretty much means its debunked, also the whole 90-95% thing was a huge meme that even tenz used on twitter. This team needs to stop making so many goddamn changes and stick to one team, change is their main problem and it was obvious that them changing the team throughout the split was a huge setback for them.
The only way Marved isn't in Sentinels next year is if he's decided he wants to move to an org with higher chances of winning trophies.. Marved is the best player on the team, he's hyper flexible (he's played kayo/sova/fade/breach/chamber for Optic on top of the controller roles he's perfected, IMO most likely changes would either be Tenz for a flex IGL like Flyuh or Zander or replacing the Brazilians.. Zekken and Marved are the only players who's stocks either stayed the same or went up throughout 2023 ngl
If Tenz can learn Sentinel agents, it would help the team tremendously. Then they will be able to play double controller with Tenz on Sentinel, Sacy on Initiator, Zekken on duelist and Marved and Pancada on Controller. They will be able to play double duelist with Tenz and Zekken on duelist, Sacy on Initiator, Marved on Controller and Pancada on Sentinel. They will be able to play double initiator with either Tenz or Zekken on duelist and other one on Initiator (Kay O vs Sova), Sacy on Initiator, Marved on Controller and Pancada on Sentinel. And they will be able to play double sentinel if this meta ever arises with Zekken on duelist, Sacy on Initiator, Marved on Controller and Tenz and Pancada on Sentinel. They will be able to adapt to any meta and will look highly unpredictable on maps they haven't played in recent times. They will also be able to adapt to enemy's recent strats as well. Every member on this team is incredible. The team has potential to win international tournaments. Not to mention they will always be the fear of Tenz pulling out Yoru on some map and throwing all enemy strats into chaos. With EG Ethan running Yoru on Pearl with success and Sentinels' poor performance on Pearl, they could copy this strat.
@@yashtandon7460 In terms of pro play, there are a lot of teams that play without Sentinel, even SEN uses it a lot, and it works. If the team sticks, then most of the time the team comp would be Zekken and TenZ in duelist, Pancada and Marved at controller, and Sacy at initiator.
@@therencejp Killjoy is probably the most picked agent in the entire game though. There's still definitely sentinel players but they also usually flex onto viper when needed (like Less).
