Doctors can’t run diagnosis testing because a patient simply thinks they “may have” cancer. All medical tests in the US are predicated by symptoms, preliminary tests and necessity. The insurance won’t approve any test that isn’t clinically indicated.

how can you explain to your local doctor that you suspect you have stomach cancer as doctors tend to take long to forward you for further tests

Who gets diagnosed in the first stage? How does that happen if there are no symptoms?
Need regular screening scope of stomach annually if high risk.
