Oh I love this new series so much! I love that the eps are nice and long, I love that you take us through the whole design process and get to see you nutting it all out! What I love most about this ep though was that you kept those beautiful windows! I adore old windows like these and sometimes you just have to go with the minor impracticality to preserve the absolute character of the original space!! Well done 👏.
WOW Lucy you have out down yourself. I love your reaction when you saw the table for the first time EPIC!!!! The table is OUTSTANDING !! My vote is for Lazy Lucy!! The dinning room looks so calm and relaxing ...........the curtains just make it so beautiful
LOVE the lazy lucy round table. Just perfect for sharing and entertaining. The timber just makes it soo warm and inviting. Love how you decided to do buffet instead of all storage overhead, it does open up the space. And ofcourse the artwork. As always. Legend pick
Absolutely love the muted tones in this Reno. Circular tables are so much nicer as you can see everyone without having to strain your neck, so much more sociable and the "Lazy Lucy" is so useful. One thing that totally distracted me throughout the video was your denim shirt Lucy. It's gorgeous! Where did you get it from, please tell me.
Love the furniture design, but l do agree with Jono, there is a lot of different timbers. The lazy Lucy is great. I agree with you Lucy, Kathy from Framing to a T is fabulous. And has framed many pieces for me over the year's. I look forward to your next video. 😀
I was waiting for your movies to come out!!! I love Lorne, miss it there. As a Japanese, I just needed to mention what you call Lazy Susan turn table thing was invented in Japan in 1932 at a wedding venue called Meguro Gajyoen. Love your color palette. ;)
Such a GREAT renovation! You brought it to life. I can’t believe you went from hating them to have your own Lazy Lucy. 19:00 if you want to see how a great idea is born. 😻😻😻😻
Great to see such a great and esthetically pleasing reno. Your energy is infectious and makes me want a project too!! Speaking of what happened to the Otway 80's Timber Cabin project you guys were working on. I enjoyed the bedroom reno and was hanging out to see more.
Lucy you are sunshine in human form!! Have just discovered this channel and have been binging like crazy! Loving this reno journey. Unrelated but where are your gorgeous sunglasses from?!
LOL Lazy Lucy YOU are NOT lol but a perfect name Love your excitement We just bought a round table epic! Another fantastic makeover Hey from Canada 🇨🇦 ❤
Love your videos and thanks for providing details to give me inspo for my new home :) Just a quick one and I may have missed it, but is the buffet and dining table made from timber veneer or a laminate?
The table isn’t centred in the room. So any pendent would have been off centre and wouldn’t have looked visually right. We have plenty of natural light and subtle recessed down lights. So worked out well.
They were Baltic pine. So not a hardwood and they were very damaged with lots of bora holes. We saved them about 20 years ago when we refinished them. But they were never going to be perfect again and damage so easily.

Curious what it looks like at night, I didn’t see any light above that table. I love the table and the finishes! Lovely
this is exactly the type of furniture and wood I love, what is this style? new nordic? scandi? muji? i can never pinpoint it
Don’t need to focus on the style. Just pick the finishes that work best for you! ⚡️
Hi Lucy, what is the Laminex colour you've used on the buffet please?? It's not listed on your blog :(
FLAWLESS My Lady just Flawless. Wicked Pedi Lucy haha
Love From Canada
I’m obsessed with them wicker dining room chairs at the start, do we know where they’re from?
LOL Lazy Lucy YOU are NOT lol but a perfect name Love your excitement We just bought a round table epic! Another fantastic makeover Hey from Canada 🇨🇦 ❤

Love your videos and thanks for providing details to give me inspo for my new home :)
Just a quick one and I may have missed it, but is the buffet and dining table made from timber veneer or a laminate?
It’s a laminate. ⚡️
Very curious why no light fixture above the round dining table ?!?!
The table isn’t centred in the room. So any pendent would have been off centre and wouldn’t have looked visually right. We have plenty of natural light and subtle recessed down lights. So worked out well.
I NEED a lazy Lucy
Everyone needs a Lazy Lucy! ⚡️
I desperately want a round table in our home we're currently building but when I mocked it up the size didn't work. Think I might try again.
You’ll make it work! ⚡️
@@Huntingforgeorge I hope so.
Where can I BUY the "ceiling mount" Drapery Tracks?
These are from DIY Blinds.
Where can I buy the dining table? I love it!
It’s from Baseline Commercial Furniture. They can make it to any size. ⚡️
@@Huntingforgeorge thank you for your prompt response! Keep doing what you’re doing! Love your style and videos!
This is all super beautiful ... but $$$$$
Sometimes you need to invest in quality pieces for your home. ⚡️
Why did you put a floating floor over your hardwood floor you had? It looked in good knick?
It wasn’t in good nick. Had a lot of damage and we’ve already refinished it 20 years ago. Was time for something brand new!
😍😍😍😍😍
💯✨
Ahhh covering the hardwood floors makes me sad!
They were Baltic pine. So not a hardwood and they were very damaged with lots of bora holes. We saved them about 20 years ago when we refinished them. But they were never going to be perfect again and damage so easily.
Lovely . The fashion of necessity of blackness becomes eye soar . Frames are not well chosen.
Wish the living room and dining room was flipped
very beige and boring colour palette
Thanks for watching Murky!
