    First, grind the walnuts and almonds using a food processor. Next, add three eggs (or four if preferred) to the processor, including both the whites and yolks. Close the lid and blend until smooth. Then, add one cup of tahini, a tablespoon of salt, and the mixture of baking powder activated with lemon juice. Blend everything until the mixture reaches a dough-like consistency. If it's too thick, you can add a little water to soften it. Grease your baking pan with olive oil or butter to prevent sticking. Add the ground walnuts and almonds to the mixture, saving some to sprinkle on top later. Place the batter in the preheated oven at 185°C (365°F) with fan mode on for 10 minutes. Bake for around 30-40 minutes. Since baking time may vary, check with a toothpick after 25 minutes to see if it's fully cooked.
