Firmware can be Downloaded from the following Websites (I've used SamFw):

SamFrew : samfrew.com/
To Install the firmware successfully without any Errors, Download the Firmware of the Binary version which is same as the current installed Firmware's Binary version.
NOTE: This video shows the process to install the Samsung Firmware. I'm not responsible for any problems/bricking of the phone which was caused by downloading of wrong Firmware files from the user-end. Make sure that you are downloading the supported firmware to install it successfully.

Will it solve the auto reboot problem of galaxy m21? Please reply
It's solved for my M21, but temporarily. Unfortunately, the phone is in dead condition again.
Brother my phone isn't turning on even after connecting to the pc or even normal charging as well. In device manager no device is shown and i have also installed the samsung drivers as well.
Did you try Force Restart (By pressing and holding the power and volume down buttons)?

Yes you can. But make sure to backup your data before performing this process.

@@govardhanreddy4649 Yes, it's possible. If you are getting any error like SW_REV_CHECK, Make sure to download the firmware having Same Binary version as your Mobile's present binary version. I will explain what it is in a video coming soon.
