Standard Cocoa Fermentation Steps set by PNG Cocoa Board

While the cocoa farmers are enjoying the good buying price of cocoa around the country (PNG), the EU-STREIT PNG program is reminding farmers to maintain quality during the fermentation process.
The National Cocoa Production Officer of EU-STREIT PNG Michael Lames says maintaining quality through the cocoa fermentation process will result in good benefits for the farmers.
In this video Mr Lames will take us through the proper cocoa fermentation steps and standard processes set by the PNG Cocoa Board.
