Hey! Just double checked the folder, there are 3 tape textures in the folder. The rest of the folder has the free assets, unfortunately, I did not include everything used in the video but the textures work the same.
Unfortunately I did not include all assets used in the video for free, but there are still plenty of free assets in the folder that will help you achieve the effect.
I’m not too sure if this works for Adobe rush, but you can always look to something like CapCut. They might have a similar effect in their premade ones!
