Hun you don't need to buy velvet spray. Buy a spray gun machine. You need to use the 2.5 nozzle. Once you make your cocoa butter and white chocolate mixture ready, pour it inside the spray gun container and heat it again to make sure the mixture is 45 °C to start spraying to the frozen cake to create the velvet texture. To prevent mess on your kitchen wall, use a cardboard large enough to fit the rotating table. When using mirror glaze, place the frozen cake above a tray lined with cling film to prevent mess also that way you collect the mirror glaze and use it for another cake.. I hope it helps 😉
