Most definitely, Weiss was the first Schnee to truly rebel against her father. In a way Winter loved and envied that in Weiss. This is the moment she has the first choice she’s ever been presented with, Ironwood may have ordered she become the next Winter maiden but Penny asked her, and comforted her in knowing this was her choice, to become a fabled legend and warrior both she and Weiss will define the Schnee name
The Schnee semblance.. I don't care whether it's because Pietro gives up his remaining life or if it's through Winter summoning her (though the latter is much kinder), I just want Penny back. PLEASE.
So I am POSITIVE at this point that Penny figured out how to attach her consciousness/spirit to the Maiden powers and transferred herself to Winter with the plan of being extracted later. I mean even aside from ‘I’ll be a part of you’, just look at her last words to Jaune: “Trust me.” This girl had a PLAN
Winter needs training to fully unleash herself as a maiden.....Raven comes to mind. If she had Raven's level of experience she could have won this. Cinder is too good for her here.
@@gamingwithtdcoco Cinder is more adept at using her maiden powers than either Raven or Winter. The problem is she's still kinda stupid and doesn't prioritize using those powers are opposed to fighting with swords. Raven and Winter have significantly more experience sword fighting than she does, and from better sources (Raven who went to Beacon and learned from her tribe, and Winter who likely attended Atlas academy and further Military training.)
Winter used to act like a robot and blindly obey every order given to her by General Ironwood because she was too afraid to take command of difficult situations Penny was an actual robot, but she had just as many hopes and dreams as a human but was never able to truly live as one Their souls are one now, and thanks to Penny, Winter can become who she used to always be too afraid to be; herself
I seriously hope by the end of the series that the rwby girls dont all become maidens, as appropriate as that might be for a super power series, id like them to just thrive on their own powers... well, i just dont wanna see winter or raven die
I agree they most likely gain a power up that’s stronger than the Maidens, and by the end of the series a new kingdom called New Mantle would be built with it’s Huntsman Academy and it’s Military being separate, humans and Faunus are finally being treated as equals, and finally the gods will take the Relics as well as what little magic remained on Remnant and leave permanently with the God of Light asking if they are sure they want this and them not being whole again with Ruby replying they were already whole to begin with and so they leave Remnant will it being called the new era.

She even states that this was power was a gift. Ironwood says that he chose her destiny basically he dictated it, but a real leader should know that destiny is beyond his or her control.
I still think it was a waste for Penny to die twice in the series. Like, they could’ve done so much more with her after getting a human body and all and frankly, as cool as it is for Winter to be the maiden, I didn’t feel like she was super important this arc and I wish Penny could’ve stayed
CRWBY better make Cinder’s demise fucking spectacular because I despise her more than I ever have before after Penny died once again, right after she became a true human; Watts really roasted her and she still refused to learn from her mistakes after her very deserved bashing. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than to see self-entitled c**ts get what they effing deserve. And Cinder will be no exception so long as her end is effing satisfying For the record, while I felt bad for her during her backstory episode/chapter, but I ended up not feeling all too bad for her in the end, seeing what she turned out to be after her ‘tragic backstory’ and I ended up hating her even more. So Miles, Kerry, please make Cinder’s demise satisfying; my guess is that she will meet her end at Beacon Tower and I hope it’s dragged out and she suffers for all she’s done and caused so many others to suffer and die meaninglessly. Cinder is truly unworthy of redemption at this point. She had hope in Volume 4 but now it is completely off the table.
I have a theory that the current Maidens are going to die in the final season of RWBY, and the Maiden powers will pass onto the four main girls. Winter Maiden is Winter Schnee. If she were dying she would absolutely pass on the power to Weiss. Spring Maiden is Raven. If she were dying she would absolutely pass the power onto Yang. Fall Maiden is Cinder Fall. The last person in her thoughts could very well be Ruby, as she hates her. She may accidentally pass the power onto her. Summer Raven is unknown as of yet. Hopefully she becomes close to Blake and gains her power that way. The only issue I have with this is that Yang and Ruby would end up swapping elements, as Yang would gain the Spring maiden themes of Lightining + Air wheras Ruby would gain the Fall Maiden themes of Fire. I know they can access all the elements, but thematically they do associate themselves with one or two each.
How would that make sense? Emerald wasn't even in the vicinity, so that wouldn't have any emotional impact whatsoever. If this happens, it will probably be during the Vacuo arc when Cinder helps Salem invade since that's when they'll encounter each other again.
People speculate that Penny is based off of Pinocchio, but I wonder if she was actually based off of the fairy that granted life to someone who was "just a machine"
@@derekcastillo8508 I mean....Pietro could very well use the last of his aura (basically he would die) to give to a new Penny (I could be wrong though maybe he doesn't have enough). But I think she's dead for good this time.

Can we all agree that this is, without a doubt, Winter's most badass moment against Ironwood and possibly throughout all of RWBY?
