Love what you do and grew up with your hubby ! But here is my question…. I am an “influencer “ through TikTok. I am at 70 K and surprisingly…. I have created great paid partnerships but I feel like I’m not meeting my full potential and do not even know where to start with my Instagram and RUclips ! When did you decide to get a management company ? How did you know who to trust ? I am at a cross road because I’m a full time nurse and mother of 2 boys and I do my content obligations every night . Any advice would help 😭❤️ congrats on how far you have come 😍
70k is amazing!!! Congrats!! I think that feeling like we could be doing more is never ending in this industry, I try to set clear goals for myself because it can be such a never ending cycle of feeling like we should be doing more and more and more. I know how hard it can be to be doing social media while balancing a full time job and motherhood, kudos to you!! My dad told me once that if I treat it like a side gig it will always be a side gig, so I put all my energy into it and it has definitely been worth it but it came with late nights and feeling like I was constantly working for a while. Also, making the jump to full time social media is a scary one!! My income dramatically increased when I signed with my current management company. I started getting scouted by management companies last August and signed with one but later transitioned to my current management team this past march. I have always heard that if you can't keep up with the incoming brand partnerships yourself that's when you should consider a manager and that's where I was -- I was missing so many opportunities simply because I didn't have the time to go through my incoming offers. I hope this helps 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
