They do have song where they are much more animated, but I think they have fun playing all of their songs tbh. I think with the heavier faster speed metal there is a lot more concentration that goes into it, so they tend to be a bit more stoic. Raise some hell is the most animated I have ever seen them, Midori sprinting across the stage in High Heels, Miyako absolutely destroying her wah peddle, it really is one of their more fun songs. Unfortunately, I am not able to find the five-of-a-kind live version of it so it likely got taken down.

This is one of their very first offering from 2017 and now LIVE 4 years later it sounds amazing, man has it aged well (a lot better than me)!!! Asami really nails this one and man has her vocals LIVE improved dramatically, she has really grown into the perfect front person for this band, a real Napoleon on stage controlling the crowd, the band and the concert (not easy with these restrictions, less than 50% capacity, assigned seats, social distance, no yelling, screaming or chanting, and clapping only). Love the Midori/Blond look "I got this no sweat" as opposed to Miyako/Dark hair "Yeah I'm playing this but my brain is writing and composing our new song", what a pair of polar opposites who blend together perfectly. Hats off to Haruna/drums always buried behind that massive kit at 4' 9" and yet she pounds that poor instrument and keeps everyone on track and sounding great with her fills. Hey captain, Heather is great on these LB videos, how about a standing invite for her to join you when they are on the listening block?
That is what the plan is from now forward. All of the J-Rock/Metal bands I react to, Heather is going to be there too. She has a full time job, so she might miss one here or there, but we are going to try to get her in as many as possible. It really helps having her there because she is a long time Anime fan, as well as fan of Japanese bands, so she has a lot of great insight because of that background, that I wouldn't have myself. I love when we get to talk music so much, that we might start doing watch parties of music documentaries for Patreon, and later maybe edited down for RUclips.
You might be on the right track... this was their first single (and first music video), so it probably does have a special place for them. Also, as Lovebites songs go, it's a little less technically complex and that does free them up to be more expressive. It's a fun song, and this might be the best version of it.
"Daughters of the Dawn" and "Battle in the East" have fantastic versions of this song, and I'd say I prefer those versions only because the crowd is permitted to chant along with the rhythm. That adds a lot to the live experience.
