I've been looking for it for ages as everytime I have needed to teach the unit to small kiddies, across the world, about healthy eating, I find myself recalling and singing this dittie. It was a favourite of mine as a kid and can't wait to share it now with mu new class.

This used to appear in SA on the Channel Niners with Robby Robby Roenfeldt and Winky Dink (voiced by Wendy someone). What was the lady's name? Joey I think. Now if we can only find the 1980s / 1990s health advertisement with the lyrics: " Forget the dob when you cook. Switch to low fat instead. Take the skin off the chook."
Does anyone remember the one with the sausages? There were skinny ones falling into the BBQ and 'big bully buster' fat sausages. Can't remember what the ad was all about.
No chance, unless someone has it on video. I spoke with some rude woman from Channel 9 who told me they don't lend out their tapes, and the National Film and Sound Archive doesn't have these ads either.
Beware; vitamins and minerals are MICRO-nutrients, meaning only very small concentrations are needed for daily function. Only three MACRO-nutrients exist: fats, sugars, and proteins. Balancing them is key. Not just between types but sizes too.
Imagine if you actually told people what would happen if you didn't have vitamin C(weakest part of the tune imo). B and D are my favourites in this tune.
