Omg - I needed to research this random LucidLink offering and then I stumble onto one of my favorite Adobe teachers, Jason Levine!!!!! I'm grabbing some popcorn and getting ready for the show 🍿

I would love because the internet is slow and im a single project manager and creator all in one. i would like to see adobe work with synology and build a workflow with a local NAS system.

Hey so we are testing out Lucid Link but we are having issues. So we have a project with 4k files and they average around 13-16gb each and there's 1.2 tb of files. And so when we open the lucid link drive on IBM the peak files are suuuuper slow. like 3 - 5 files will take nearly a day - We have 3 days filming on 3x FX9's. We didn't shoot proxies. I work on m1 mac and if those files where on an SSD locally I would be working on them by the second day. I have 490 download and 42 up on my internet. Are we missing something ? or does it mean we will have to create proxies and put those on LucidLink?
