Spartan Honor Race - VTSÚ Záhorie (SK) 2024 - Beast

Second day, and our third race to complete the Honor Race trifecta weekend at the unique location of Technical and Testing Institute Záhorie 🏅
While excited to hit the course again, the events from the previous day (not just the Super & Sprint courses) and a suboptimal sleep were certainly taking their toll on my energy levels.
Fortunately, things did eventually get better for me. We had a great mental boost from meeting our friends on the course, just chatting and enjoying the time, and appreciating the beautiful surroundings. Every day is different, and we truly enjoyed the relaxed attitude of today🧘

📷 Course Highlight: 10ft wall - you do not often see this obstacles on the course, and I was super excited to conquer it without any issues the first time I encountered it
It was a challenging weekend both physically and mentally, but I must say that in the end, the weekend delivered what we hoped for, and I can’t wait to be racing again soon.
That is the true essence of hobby racing - even if things are not going as imagined, everything is gone once you cross the finish line. Everything negative is gone, and what is left is the endless sense of accomplishment ❤️
