Beautiful vintage, Michael. Garman is somewhat of an unsung hero for the Dodgers in 1977. Had a huge save in Game 3 of the NLCS to get the Dodgers back on track and eventually take that series 3 games to 1.
@@michaelivey5464 lol I use a heavier bond envelope ordered through Amazon and have for about a year... but I am committed to the bit, so to speak. Lol
That was cool of Waddle to sign the Gameday card that way. That’s not as cool as the Wilbur Wood rookie card. That’s not as cool as the Vern Law return. Dude I love that note from Vern Law! I am legit jealous.
Just as a heads up, that is actually a 1954 Bowman, not a 1953 Bowman Vern Law. The 1953 set does not have any signature or name plate on it. Also, Vern Law doesn't appear in that set, just the 51, 52, and 54 sets (Law was in the military during the 52 and 53 seasons).

Awesome Wood & Vern Law returns Michael
It never gets old seeing cards from Vern Law. I just love seeing the time he puts into each card that he signs.
