i’d like to share that this series actually inspired me to go and learn jiu jitsu !!! i’ve been in treatment for depression and anxiety since march 2020, but haven’t done something that’s integral to the treatment - exercise. till now!!!!!
i was mildly interested in jiu jitsu before watching these, but after watching them i was actually inspired and researched and now i’ve started at a gym! it’s five days a week and i’m enjoying it SO MUCH !
so thank you julien for learning jiu jitsu and sharing with us, and thank you jenna for being willing to put yourself through this for us!
