Regarding VictoryGreymon's strength, you have to realize that even a stick would be extremely powerful if it was made specifically to fulfill one purpose (i.e. sick of earth splitting). VictoryGreymon was programmed to fight one thing and one thing only. It makes sense that he would have a natural advantage against that thing and anything exactly like it.
My theory is due to the amount of energy he was near caused him to absorb it while trying to become war greymon and became blitz greymon to use the energy to his advantage and t I prevent him from overloading his data during the digivolution from the energy he absorbed
With the number of Variants with the Greymon, Garurumon and Omnimon lines. Do you think they'll do an Omnimon based on VictoryGreymon and ZeedGarurumon?. The double-edged wording of the Dramon killers could be a reference to WarGreymon having to get in close where a potentially powerful Dramon type Digimon could use a specifically strong attack that can harm WarGreymon.
I was thinking of the fact that the dramon destroyers are made to kill dragons, not just dramon species, and, well... Wargreymon IS a dragon, so the weapon is as lethal to it as it is to its opponents
@@Muriuki34 If I remember correctly, in the original series, Izzy only stated that it effective versus Dramon's not dragons when he read WarGreymon's bio and when WarGreymon took out Machinedramon, due to the fact he had to get in close to slice him like an onion we saw a cut appear on Koromon's head once the attack was over indicating that Machinedramon was able to get in an attack of his own.

Blackwargreymon literally confirms that the Dramon Killers are anti-dragon weapons when he tells Monodramon that "these are weapons that work particulary well against Digimon like us." So the double-edged sword risk comes from the fact that since Wargreymon/Blackwargreymon are Dragon Man-Types they are every bit as susceptible to them.

For Shoutmon’s dream of becoming Digimon King it’s like a child that grew up to be exactly what he wanted to be without anyone challenging said aspirations.

When Nostalgia925 mentioned Emperor Greymon it reminded me of the fact that sometimes Digimon have their names changed when being translated and localized. For example, Emperor Greaymon is known as Kaiser Greymon in Japan (if you play the game Digimon Cyber Sleuth: Hacker's Memory, which I have been playing quite a bit of recently, he actually maintains the name Kaiser Greymon in the game instead of the Emperor Greymon name he had during the time Digimon Frontier's English Dub was airing), and by that same structure, Burning Greymon is known as Vritusmon in Japan. Now, this is what I managed to dig up with a little research, but the reason Burning Greymon/Vritusmon has a more "villainous" look is because it is based on the Vritra from Vedic and Hindu mythology, hence the name Vritusmon in Japan, its name in Japan is based on the creature it is supposed to be based on. I suppose Nostalgia will have to do another video on Digimon and culture/mythology video to cover the inspiration for Burning Greymon/Vritusmon. Now, what I managed to uncover in my research is that the Digimon developers actually intended to have Burning Greymon/Vritusmon to sort of play against type. By this, I mean that the Vritra is an entity we would identify as evil, even in the mythology it comes from. The Vritra is described as being a serpent-like demonic dragon so big that it can coil itself around mountains and is said to have a hunger so ravenous it is forever looking for a way to consume the heavens, the exact quote found, in several sources, used the expression "so hungry it seeks to swallow the sky," but Burning Greymon/Vritusmon goes the other way in that it is a clearly demonic dragon but is tempered with heroic tendencies that are more in line with the will of heaven. And I suppose that is a good place for Nostalgia925 to sort of start his looking into things on that front. Now, Nostalgia925 has mostly used the English names of Digimon while also adding in their Japanese name on occasion when he was able to find it, which is fine, for the most part, but I think that by not looking at the names Digimon have in Japan means you're missing out on some potential material for talking about. I suppose, discussing why some Digimon had their names changed when being localized while others didn't could be an interesting topic of conversation.

I'd imagine if ice agomon got a cannon evolution line his mega would be more of a samurai style digimon taking traits from victory graymon and the dexgreymon line. Winter graymon would be a cool name for that

I enjoyed the Video even so you are somewhat mistaken in your assessment, the Arbiters weren't created by Norun they were actually created using Digimemories otherwise known as the memories of the World, Realm or Universe by the true God of the Digital World aka Yggdrasil's creator (Yggdrasil is actually his version of a PC) as well as artificial data intervention by Yggdrasil itself also Yggdrasil wasn't created by Barbamon, the combined Digimemories did allow Barbamon to use the power of Yggdrasil to fuse them. The Dragon memory makes Victorygreymon the most powerful Dragon Digimon of all time, so powerful infact that they don't even register the existence of entities like the Seven Great Demon Lords.

Interesting video. I've seen VictoryGreymon a few times in fanfiction, but I had no idea what it was. I would definitely be interested in seeing you do a video on ZeedGarurumon at some point in the future.
Also, I think the digital world has 5-6 gods that we know of. There's yggdrasil, the 4 others from the wonderswan or ds games (i don't remember exactly, I just remember them being some sort of cristal balls) and homeostasis from tri. And maybe the things from Cyber Sleuth.
I always thought that the phrase "The Dramon Destroyers put WarGreymon's own life at risk" was in reference to the possibility that WarGreymon could swing the blades at another Dramon type, miss, & accidentally cut himself fatally. Just a thought I had since age 9 or so, but I could be wrong!

A little bit off topic, but recently I was thinking... If WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon become Omegamon/Omnimon, and BlitzGreymond and CresGarurumon become Omegamon Alter-S.... What would result in a fusion between WarGreymon and CresGarurumon or BlitzGreymon and MetalGarurumon? Some sort of Omegamon with two swords or two cannons I suppose. I'm kinda curious how that would look.

That's an interesting thought design-wise, but my mind automatically conjures up the difficulties of trying to run 2020 programs on 1995 software or vice versa, or even expecting perfect Windows and Mac program compatability/integration... I can't see it working perfectly but it'd be pretty cool if there was some kind of desparity or glitch in the fusion because of incompatible/foreign data.
History nerd here with knowledge about medieval weapons: the reason the dramon killers put the user at risk is probably the same reason you didn't see claw weapons in widespread use in pre-firearms warfare. You have to get in really close to use such weapons and on the battlefield a spear was your primary weapon and a one handed sword was your secondary weapon, both being of much longer reach than Wolverine-claws. Many Digimon have long-range attacks and/or much longer weapons, and thusly it's possible that the only reason the user is at risk is a fairly mundane and practical reason.

I have a theory about the dramon killers for what it could mean by puts the users life at risk. Basically my theory is because wargreymon has to get up close and personal with there opponents to use them effectively and thus puts it at risk of serious or even fatal injuries from there opponent cause well the armor doesn’t cover there whole body since an attacker can try and go for its legs since they have the least amount of armor covering them for example.

The origins of Victorygreymon and Zeedgarurumon are actually from Battle Terminal 2 not Digimon NEXT. They are the reincarnations of the Royal Knight Dukemon and Metalgarurumon. Upon their defeat the Seven Great Demon Lords launch Tempest,a crack virus in the Digital World that corrupts the four Holy Beasts by turning their binary code to trinary and eroding their digicore. One of the fights in BT2 is Dukemon&Metalgarurumon vs Qinglongmon. In the 1st fight they act on their own and do not cooperate as they are from rival factions that were at war after the defeat of the Demon Lords and get easily defeated without landing a single hit. In the 2nd fight they cooperate and manage to bring Qinglongmon back to his senses but get so wounded in the process that they are nearly dead. Before going to sleep to recover Qinglongmon gives the dying Digimon a special program and they leave behind never seen before Digitama. Dukemon is reborn as Victorygreymon and Metalgarurumon is reborn as Zeedgarurumon.
I can definitely imagine a digimon universe where VictoryGreymon had to use the x-antibody in a situation,similar to what King Drasil did but because it got corrupted,not out of its own will. Or a digimon using this opportunity to steal some data from VictoryGreymon,to possibly make a virus counterpart of him.
I still think that VictoryGreymon being an evolution of WarGreymon is still plausible. But given that Metalgreymon was able to evolve to BlitzGreymon as an alternate in the Digimon 2020 show it won't be far off that they would the same for V-Greymon I would like to think the prefix name they have "War" (can fight or A Warrior) and "Victory" (able to win or being Victorious). I would like to give an analogy that being a just Warrior is weaker and a Digimon that gives Victory. Another theory I have is the new show would make Greymon evovle to RizeGreymon then become VictoryGreymon like Patamon being able to become Pegasusmon unable to evolve to Angemon. Kinda contrived but offers a lot of possibilities.
I assume the reason the Dramon Killers put the user in danger is because they're such short-reach weapons. They're specially designed to pierce the armor of dramon-species digimon, but in order to actually accomplish that you need to get right up against the enemy. A more swordlike weapon would be able to make a cut while giving the user more breathing room, but for some reason there may be something about the way dramon's natural defenses work where claw weapons have a better effectiveness.

I'm almost sure the dukemon data on victory theory came from digimon world re:digitize, one of the requirements for evolution for victory in game was "have a dukemon as a partner previously". People thought that meant something :v

Agumon may slide-evolve into BlackAgumon before digivolving into BlackGreymon & eventually either BlitzGreymon, BlackWarGreymon or Machinedramon for Stage 6. MetalGreymon (Virus) & SkullGreymon are the Dark Stage 5 forms.
Fun Theory Id love to see is RizeGreymon 1. If It is gained a Alteros mode equivalent what would it be? 2. What made it so different from its metal greymon couterpart 3. And most importantly why it doesn't Evolve into blitzgreymon despite its strong similarities to it compared to shine greymon?
1.probably beam saber or more railgun on his hip 2.more or less a "refined" and streamlined version. 3.a couple of thing i supposed, -first is naming scheme Rise and Shine. -then there is a punk with a heart of gold aspect. Masaru(Marcus) is a delinquent you could argue that he already has a good heart since the beginning, but he grew up more and more into a fine lad which reflect in GeoAgumon evolution being more streamline, regal and heroic(Rize and Shine) when compared to metal greymon and wargreymon(metal looks really crude like he is the 1.0 version of his line while WarGreymon looks like a tribal warrior). Rize evolve into Blitz wouldn't fits with this bills. -the last thing is probably a nod to Masaru VA specifically JP VA. Souichirou Hoshi has one really popular role prior to Digimon Savers which is Gundam SEED protagonist, Kira Yamato, the pilot of Freedom Gundam. if you noticed both Rize and Shine greymon has a similar wing design motif to Freedom Gundam with the big individual fins and weapon attached to each side of the wings.
Rookie (Child) - Champion (Adult) - Ultimate (Perfect) - Mega (Ultimate) = Stages of Evolution. Super-Ultimate is beyond that but only in certain medias. VictoryGreymon is what I believe is the either "Super-Ultimate" stage of evolution, after 'Ultimate' or a "Mode Change" Evolution. It's just like how Dukemon has Crimson Mode. The wiki or most games' evolution traits seems to show that Wargreymon Digivolves into VictoryGreymon. So I do believe that there is some truth there. Though I think they need to clarify further. Since VictoryGreymon Digivolves from Wargreymon or Rizegreymon, wouldn't that make him "Super Ultimate" stage of evolution? Since VictoryGreymon is considered a "Side-Mega" or "Mode Change", how is that different from Dukemon Crimson Mode? (Dukemon does not seem to change name but VictoryGreymon does). Though this might tie into the Digisoul Factor but that's another topic... If VictoryGreymon is another version of Mega Digivolution, that'd make more sense, given that VictoryGreymon can Digivolve from RizeGreymon which is an 'Perfect' level. As for weapons... I think it's not far-fetched that Dramon Breaker is made from Dramon Killer's Data. They're not re-forged but Re-Programmed or Updated Data.

I thought Victorygreymon was an x variant, but looking into his lore apparently he is way stronger than even omnimon x. This really surprised me. nostalgia u should really do a video comparing the strongest greymon spices Digimon ( victorygreymon, ancient greymon, crest of brave greymon from the movie and the x variants). Also, let me just say that ancient greymon was said to be the absolute Pinnacle of power for the greymon species during his time and every greymon today inherited their power from him.in fact, we have yet to see his modern version ( emperorgreymon is not ancientgreymon he is a fusion ancientgreymon wasn't), in fact ancient greymon isn't even his real name, we don't even know that. Didn't AncientGreymon make appearances in the series though? Cold War Greymon sounds so cool, & it's kind of sad a lot of the other Chosen Children Partner Families don't get new variations like Greymon & Garurumon do. Honestly I think Victorygreymon and zeedgarurumon look the way they do because of how well known/legendary Omnimon/omegamon is since it's the royal knight know to interact with the common digimon the most and its components (wargreymon and metalgarurumon) are pretty famous "common" megas so when it designed its contingency digimon it gave them an appearance that wouldn't look at out of line, no one would make a passing glance at a wargreymon or metalgarurumon variant except for the few that actually know there's something off with these variants. Though to have that kinda of knowledge you would probably have an idea about Yggdrasil itself. Yggdrasil doesn't know when,where or how it will go out of control so best to have a backup plan that is designed for one purpose but looks like a "common" digimon
Gankoomon and JESmon are actually the ones that interact with the common digimon the most out of all the royal knights, not Omnimon. In all honesty it probably was because either wargreymon and metalgarurumon were "natural" digivolutions and already belonged to the family or that the designs of wargreymon and metalgarurumon were used as the template for the arbiters. Though the truth really is just pure marketing and renown on our end. They have more forms and variations than Charizard.

Ancientgreymon and ancientgarurumon are legendary digimon with nearly all dinosaur and beast digimon drawing a lineage from those 2 digimon that famous and renown would probably even have the respect of the god computer itself since their feats and accomplishments parallels it's own royal knights so why not have the safety measure be digimon inspired by them.
I was going to agree with you about having more forms than Charizard then realized I have to count all 4 Shiny Forms in addition to the Smash Charizard Colors & Charizardtwo for a total of 16 forms. Also technically WarGreymon & MetalGarurumon interact more than Gankoomon & Jesmon just because of how late the latter 2 arrived in the series. Because of Omegamon/Omnimon being their Jogress 1 could argue that they have interacted more than Gankoomon & Jesmon have just from appearing more.
Not sure if this count, but VictoryGreymon survived a shot to destroy a whole universe from Neo, can that say anything about it's defense, and the Phoenix Force can only destroy planet (so far). Also, the Infinity Stones together may have the power to destroy the Universe, which is on par with Neo, also which can turn Dark Phoenix to dust with a snap. Just doing some comparisons.

Regarding VictoryGreymon's strength, you have to realize that even a stick would be extremely powerful if it was made specifically to fulfill one purpose (i.e. sick of earth splitting). VictoryGreymon was programmed to fight one thing and one thing only. It makes sense that he would have a natural advantage against that thing and anything exactly like it.
When you do have a time I would like to hear you discuss Blitzgreymon and why a greymon evolved to being more ranged combat instead of melee.

I was thinking of the fact that the dramon destroyers are made to kill dragons, not just dramon species, and, well... Wargreymon IS a dragon, so the weapon is as lethal to it as it is to its opponents
@@Muriuki34 If I remember correctly, in the original series, Izzy only stated that it effective versus Dramon's not dragons when he read WarGreymon's bio and when WarGreymon took out Machinedramon, due to the fact he had to get in close to slice him like an onion we saw a cut appear on Koromon's head once the attack was over indicating that Machinedramon was able to get in an attack of his own.

When Nostalgia925 mentioned Emperor Greymon it reminded me of the fact that sometimes Digimon have their names changed when being translated and localized. For example, Emperor Greaymon is known as Kaiser Greymon in Japan (if you play the game Digimon Cyber Sleuth: Hacker's Memory, which I have been playing quite a bit of recently, he actually maintains the name Kaiser Greymon in the game instead of the Emperor Greymon name he had during the time Digimon Frontier's English Dub was airing), and by that same structure, Burning Greymon is known as Vritusmon in Japan. Now, this is what I managed to dig up with a little research, but the reason Burning Greymon/Vritusmon has a more "villainous" look is because it is based on the Vritra from Vedic and Hindu mythology, hence the name Vritusmon in Japan, its name in Japan is based on the creature it is supposed to be based on.
I suppose Nostalgia will have to do another video on Digimon and culture/mythology video to cover the inspiration for Burning Greymon/Vritusmon. Now, what I managed to uncover in my research is that the Digimon developers actually intended to have Burning Greymon/Vritusmon to sort of play against type. By this, I mean that the Vritra is an entity we would identify as evil, even in the mythology it comes from. The Vritra is described as being a serpent-like demonic dragon so big that it can coil itself around mountains and is said to have a hunger so ravenous it is forever looking for a way to consume the heavens, the exact quote found, in several sources, used the expression "so hungry it seeks to swallow the sky," but Burning Greymon/Vritusmon goes the other way in that it is a clearly demonic dragon but is tempered with heroic tendencies that are more in line with the will of heaven. And I suppose that is a good place for Nostalgia925 to sort of start his looking into things on that front.
Now, Nostalgia925 has mostly used the English names of Digimon while also adding in their Japanese name on occasion when he was able to find it, which is fine, for the most part, but I think that by not looking at the names Digimon have in Japan means you're missing out on some potential material for talking about. I suppose, discussing why some Digimon had their names changed when being localized while others didn't could be an interesting topic of conversation.
I think you got BurningGreymon's japanese name wrong, it's Vritramon just like the thing it's based off.

There are quite a few actually with Rosemon & Lotusmon becoming Rafflesimon, Dracomon's 2 Stage 6 Forms (Breakdramon & Slayerdramon) Jogressing to become Examon & we can't forget Ordinemon from Tri, & Millenniummon also existing. I enjoyed the Video even so you are somewhat mistaken in your assessment, the Arbiters weren't created by Norun they were actually created using Digimemories otherwise known as the memories of the World, Realm or Universe by the true God of the Digital World aka Yggdrasil's creator (Yggdrasil is actually his version of a PC) as well as artificial data intervention by Yggdrasil itself also Yggdrasil wasn't created by Barbamon, the combined Digimemories did allow Barbamon to use the power of Yggdrasil to fuse them. The Dragon memory makes Victorygreymon the most powerful Dragon Digimon of all time, so powerful infact that they don't even register the existence of entities like the Seven Great Demon Lords.
The Arbitrators were a direct creation of Yggdrasil to destroy him should he get corrupted in Next. They are failsafe to the god that created everything that is in the Digital World.

I always thought that the phrase "The Dramon Destroyers put WarGreymon's own life at risk" was in reference to the possibility that WarGreymon could swing the blades at another Dramon type, miss, & accidentally cut himself fatally. Just a thought I had since age 9 or so, but I could be wrong!

If WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon become Omegamon/Omnimon, and BlitzGreymond and CresGarurumon become Omegamon Alter-S.... I'm kinda curious how that would look.

That's an interesting thought design-wise, but my mind automatically conjures up the difficulties of trying to run 2020 programs on 1995 software or vice versa, or even expecting perfect Windows and Mac program compatability/integration... I can't see it working perfectly but it'd be pretty cool if there was some kind of desparity or glitch in the fusion because of incompatible/foreign data.

History nerd here with knowledge about medieval weapons: the reason the dramon killers put the user at risk is probably the same reason you didn't see claw weapons in widespread use in pre-firearms warfare. You have to get in really close to use such weapons and on the battlefield a spear was your primary weapon and a one handed sword was your secondary weapon, both being of much longer reach than Wolverine-claws.
Many Digimon have long-range attacks and/or much longer weapons, and thusly it's possible that the only reason the user is at risk is a fairly mundane and practical reason.
It's not that . It's the fact that the Dramon Killers are anti-dragon weapons. They are deadly to all Dragon Digimon not just Digimon with "dramon" in their names. Dramon stands for Dragon Monster Species. Any Digimon(and there are a ton) that has dragon-factor data in its Digicore is a Dramon by default.
Wargreymon/Blackwargreymon are Dragon Man-types. Wich means those claws are as deadly to them as to any dragon digimon wich makes these weapons double edged swords.

Levels are not a show of strength. Level are akin to life stages. So a Digimon's power should be judged by its feats and abillities not its level.

I have a theory about the dramon killers for what it could mean by puts the users life at risk. Basically my theory is because wargreymon has to get up close and personal with there opponents to use them effectively and thus puts it at risk of serious or even fatal injuries from there opponent cause well the armor doesn’t cover there whole body since an attacker can try and go for its legs since they have the least amount of armor covering them for example.
They are anti-dragon weapons. All Dragon Digimon are susceptible to them. Dramon stands for Dragon Monster Species. All Digimon that have Dragon-factor data in their Digicore are Dramon by default. Wargreymon/Blackwargreymon are Dragon Man-Types.

The origins of Victorygreymon and Zeedgarurumon are actually from Battle Terminal 2 not Digimon NEXT. They are the reincarnations of the Royal Knight Dukemon and Metalgarurumon. Upon their defeat the Seven Great Demon Lords launch Tempest,a crack virus in the Digital World that corrupts the four Holy Beasts by turning their binary code to trinary and eroding their digicore. One of the fights in BT2 is Dukemon&Metalgarurumon vs Qinglongmon.
In the 1st fight they act on their own and do not cooperate as they are from rival factions that were at war after the defeat of the Demon Lords and get easily defeated without landing a single hit. In the 2nd fight they cooperate and manage to bring Qinglongmon back to his senses but get so wounded in the process that they are nearly dead.
Before going to sleep to recover Qinglongmon gives the dying Digimon a special program and they leave behind never seen before Digitama. Dukemon is reborn as Victorygreymon and Metalgarurumon is reborn as Zeedgarurumon.
But digimon next released in 2006 while battle terminal 2 in 2007.
So where was it when Yggdrasil was corrupted by Eaters in Cyber Sleuth?
I can definitely imagine a digimon universe where VictoryGreymon had to use the x-antibody in a situation,similar to what King Drasil did but because it got corrupted,not out of its own will. Or a digimon using this opportunity to steal some data from VictoryGreymon,to possibly make a virus counterpart of him.

I still think that VictoryGreymon being an evolution of WarGreymon is still plausible. But given that Metalgreymon was able to evolve to BlitzGreymon as an alternate in the Digimon 2020 show it won't be far off that they would the same for V-Greymon
I would like to think the prefix name they have "War" (can fight or A Warrior) and "Victory" (able to win or being Victorious). I would like to give an analogy that being a just Warrior is weaker and a Digimon that gives Victory.
Another theory I have is the new show would make Greymon evovle to RizeGreymon then become VictoryGreymon like Patamon being able to become Pegasusmon unable to evolve to Angemon. Kinda contrived but offers a lot of possibilities.
I assume the reason the Dramon Killers put the user in danger is because they're such short-reach weapons. They're specially designed to pierce the armor of dramon-species digimon, but in order to actually accomplish that you need to get right up against the enemy. A more swordlike weapon would be able to make a cut while giving the user more breathing room, but for some reason there may be something about the way dramon's natural defenses work where claw weapons have a better effectiveness.
They put the user in danger because they are anti-dragon weapons. All Digimon that are in any way,shape or form dragons are susceptible to them. Wargreymon/Blackwargreymon included. This makes them a double edged sword.
I'm almost sure the dukemon data on victory theory came from digimon world re:digitize, one of the requirements for evolution for victory in game was "have a dukemon as a partner previously". People thought that meant something :v
It came from Battle Terminal 2 where the four Holy Beasts were corrupted by a crack virus named Tempest that the Seven Great Demon Lords unleashed upon their defeat.
And one of the battles there was the Royal Knight Dukemon & Metalgarurumon vs Qinglongmon.
They first fight without cooperating as they are from different rival factions and get defeated without laying a single scratch. Once they cooperate they manage to make Qinglongmon regain his sanity but are so gruesomely wounded that they are near death and loose their lives.
Before going to sleep to recover,Qinglongmon give the dying Digimon a special program and upon their death they leave behind never seen before Digitama.
Dukemon reincarnates as Victorygreymon,Metalgarurumon reincarnates as Zeedgarurumon.
dark pheonix has one major weakness its vescole.when one takes a certain amount of damage it tends to abondon them.
The way I describe victory greymon is he went to final fantasy and beat up cloud stole his sword and is using it better then cloud ever could

Agumon may slide-evolve into BlackAgumon before digivolving into BlackGreymon & eventually either BlitzGreymon, BlackWarGreymon or Machinedramon for Stage 6. MetalGreymon (Virus) & SkullGreymon are the Dark Stage 5 forms.

-first is naming scheme Rise and Shine.
-then there is a punk with a heart of gold aspect. Masaru(Marcus) is a delinquent you could argue that he already has a good heart since the beginning, but he grew up more and more into a fine lad which reflect in GeoAgumon evolution being more streamline, regal and heroic(Rize and Shine) when compared to metal greymon and wargreymon(metal looks really crude like he is the 1.0 version of his line while WarGreymon looks like a tribal warrior). Rize evolve into Blitz wouldn't fits with this bills.
-the last thing is probably a nod to Masaru VA specifically JP VA. Souichirou Hoshi has one really popular role prior to Digimon Savers which is Gundam SEED protagonist, Kira Yamato, the pilot of Freedom Gundam. if you noticed both Rize and Shine greymon has a similar wing design motif to Freedom Gundam with the big individual fins and weapon attached to each side of the wings.
Rookie (Child) - Champion (Adult) - Ultimate (Perfect) - Mega (Ultimate) = Stages of Evolution. Super-Ultimate is beyond that but only in certain medias.
VictoryGreymon is what I believe is the either "Super-Ultimate" stage of evolution, after 'Ultimate' or a "Mode Change" Evolution. It's just like how Dukemon has Crimson Mode. The wiki or most games' evolution traits seems to show that Wargreymon Digivolves into VictoryGreymon. So I do believe that there is some truth there. Though I think they need to clarify further.
Since VictoryGreymon Digivolves from Wargreymon or Rizegreymon, wouldn't that make him "Super Ultimate" stage of evolution?
Since VictoryGreymon is considered a "Side-Mega" or "Mode Change", how is that different from Dukemon Crimson Mode?
(Dukemon does not seem to change name but VictoryGreymon does). Though this might tie into the Digisoul Factor but that's another topic...
If VictoryGreymon is another version of Mega Digivolution, that'd make more sense, given that VictoryGreymon can Digivolve from RizeGreymon which is an 'Perfect' level.
As for weapons...
I think it's not far-fetched that Dramon Breaker is made from Dramon Killer's Data. They're not re-forged but Re-Programmed or Updated Data.
BushiAgumon would make a great rookie from for VictoryGreymon. BushiAgumon could have two mega evolution forms that Samurai Greymon and Victorygreymon

I thought Victorygreymon was an x variant, but looking into his lore apparently he is way stronger than even omnimon x. This really surprised me. nostalgia u should really do a video comparing the strongest greymon spices Digimon ( victorygreymon, ancient greymon, crest of brave greymon from the movie and the x variants). Also, let me just say that ancient greymon was said to be the absolute Pinnacle of power for the greymon species during his time and every greymon today inherited their power from him.in fact, we have yet to see his modern version ( emperorgreymon is not ancientgreymon he is a fusion ancientgreymon wasn't), in fact ancient greymon isn't even his real name, we don't even know that. Last discuss the possibility of a victorygreymon a zekgarurumon fusion. Would it even be an omnimon? I just love the speculation videos u do like the case of ice agumon.
Didn't AncientGreymon make appearances in the series though? Cold War Greymon sounds so cool, & it's kind of sad a lot of the other Chosen Children Partner Families don't get new variations like Greymon & Garurumon do. At least Kabuterimon got referenced in the Thunder Spirits like how Greymon (Fire) & Garurumon (Light) were, & a few of the Destined Digimon get X Forms, while Angemon essentially become the basis for most angel digimon.

They endanger the user because they are anti-dragon weapons. They are deadly to all dragon Digimon.
Dramon are digimon with Dragon factor data in their digicore. The higher the % the more dragon-like they look. Dramon stands for Dragon Monster Species. Wargreymon/Blackwargreymon are Dragon-Man Digimon so they are every bit as susceptible to them
Honestly I think Victorygreymon and zeedgarurumon look the way they do because of how well known/legendary Omnimon/omegamon is since it's the royal knight know to interact with the common digimon the most and its components (wargreymon and metalgarurumon) are pretty famous "common" megas so when it designed its contingency digimon it gave them an appearance that wouldn't look at out of line, no one would make a passing glance at a wargreymon or metalgarurumon variant except for the few that actually know there's something off with these variants. Though to have that kinda of knowledge you would probably have an idea about Yggdrasil itself. Yggdrasil doesn't know when,where or how it will go out of control so best to have a backup plan that is designed for one purpose but looks like a "common" digimon
Gankoomon and JESmon are actually the ones that interact with the common digimon the most out of all the royal knights, not Omnimon. In all honesty it probably was because either wargreymon and metalgarurumon were "natural" digivolutions and already belonged to the family or that the designs of wargreymon and metalgarurumon were used as the template for the arbiters. Though the truth really is just pure marketing and renown on our end. They have more forms and variations than Charizard.

Ancientgreymon and ancientgarurumon are legendary digimon with nearly all dinosaur and beast digimon drawing a lineage from those 2 digimon that famous and renown would probably even have the respect of the god computer itself since their feats and accomplishments parallels it's own royal knights so why not have the safety measure be digimon inspired by them.
I was going to agree with you about having more forms than Charizard then realized I have to count all 4 Shiny Forms in addition to the Smash Charizard Colors & Charizardtwo for a total of 16 forms. Also technically WarGreymon & MetalGarurumon interact more than Gankoomon & Jesmon just because of how late the latter 2 arrived in the series. Because of Omegamon/Omnimon being their Jogress 1 could argue that they have interacted more than Gankoomon & Jesmon have just from appearing more.
Not sure if this count, but VictoryGreymon survived a shot to destroy a whole universe from Neo, can that say anything about it's defense, and the Phoenix Force can only destroy planet (so far). Also, the Infinity Stones together may have the power to destroy the Universe, which is on par with Neo, also which can turn Dark Phoenix to dust with a snap. Just doing some comparisons.
A universe? Nope it destroyed both the Human and the Digital World. And they are not just two universes.
Digital World - infinite number of infinite multi layered multiverses with infinite timelines,infinite parallel dimensions,infinitely branching space-time. The Digital World in all showings besides Tamers in V-Tamers 01 is a higher and metaphysical reality that transcends the Human World at multiple levels of space-time,stands at a higher structural level then it,and it is so big that even if all rendering resources in the Human World would be used it would be impossible to render it. In Xros Wars(manga) when the Digital World was split in 108 zones the Human World was just 1/108 zones.
