The idea itself is seriously great, however, the creating is sometimes something, that makes me wanna unsee your video.
As you've said, you've done a remake some years ago, and from that being said, I though, "Oh, so this guy will surely make good progress!". Was... Halfly not true.
But!! I do NOT want to insult you! I understand if you do not yet understand everything, or simply want to make stuff more simple and simple, so that even more newbies can do stuff that you do.
I am a new watcher btw. I don't know the channel.
There were problems in the video, that I'll try to explain, that how can they be fixed (even tho the video is already 3 months old).
1) SuperVanish required ProtocolLib. SuperVanish seriously demands it, because it just loves to use packets - which is the wrong way -. That's why actionbar doesn't work.
2) In the staffchat, you used a '&b' before the name, which others had also commented about.
3) Many placeholders requires the expansions, which you've discovered from LuckPerms. PunchStaff - which is a plugin I also use - used "%vault_prefix%", so you're gotta install "Vault", using the same method, you installed LuckPerms through PlaceholderAPI.
4) To disable fall damage, you can install EssentialsX Protect - or whatever it is, since you use Essentials (which is a plugin I cannot really recommend, but do your own) -, and simply change stuff in the config (they are somewhere at the bottom, you'll find 'em).
5) Another tip: if someone doesn't has internet access, they cannot use the LP Editor. In this case, they'll have to use the in-game commands. You proooobably should introduce your viewers those commands as well (just to be safe).
6) Skript is a plugin, that... Almost works like a server... but not really. You don't have to restart your server if you modify or import a skript. Just use Skript's commands! /sk enable, /sk reload, etc. (btw the script you used is made veeeery wrongly xdd (next time consider using AlonsoJoin or something else))
7) Plugins made by AlonsoAliaga and his team DOES NOT support Plugman! In general, MANY plugins don't!! Using PlugMan is instable, and is therefore not even recommended!
8) The AlonsoLeaderboards plugin is somewhat deprecated, and is not very useful - at least if someone is trying to use a newer version -. A better solution is ajLeaderboards. It even supports prefixes.
9) The AlonsoLevels plugin by default doesn't require you to add a playername when executing /alevels rewards. It will just open your rewards menu.
10) The smile you mentioned at the moment when you teleported the NPC is made, because of an invalid/unknown Unicode letter. The texture you are using basically didn't know how to make it, and decided to make it a smile instead. To have holograms, DecentHolograms is highly recommended. Using HolographicDisplays is deprecated. However, some plugins MIGHT demand on it. If possible, just use DecentHolograms, because it is overall just useless to use HD (AlonsoLeaderboards is not supported by DecentHolograms, so that's why you should use ajLeaderboards instead). Btw, you can hide the NPC nameplates by executing "/npc name" when you have a selected NPC. You can import HD data into DH. Just use its import command, and it will guide you through the process.
11) Making the holograms to have nice positions is sometimes hard huh? Just use Minecraft's /tp command. Flying to X Y Z is never a good option, since it will annoy the players, how off-side the holograms are. /tp {player} 0.5 120 0.5 0 0 | The two last zeros are the pitch and yaw. You can see those in the F3 menu. In order to show players, you need to install the Math and the Bungee expansion for PlaceholderAPI. Placeholder: %math_{bungee_SkyBlock}+{bungee_SkyBlockHub1}%. Placeholders MUST be in {}s, so that the expansion will know what do to. It is better to make this in the config, since you have a very limited chat in 1.8.
12) To remove MOTD, you need to go into plugins/EssentialsX/motd.txt, and make it empty. Removing the join and quit messages is also possible in EssentialsX's configuration. You'll see a section called "custom join messages". Near this section, you will be able to find "custom join quit messages" or something like that. You'll see two values as "none". Delete those nones, and leave it empty (this will make the message null, so the server will not send it). The other MOTD ("Welcome to the server") is made by your MOTD plugin you use. Just go into its config, and either disable it, or just set it to "null" (alias empty quotes).
Yet again, the conception is really good. I do not intend to insult your work or you. I am just write these tips, so that you can fix many of your errors and bugs. I am a server developer/owner, who has been developing servers for over 7 years now (since I am 10 years old), and... Safe to say, some of your options made me feel a bit bad, or even cringe, but I do not blame you, since you want to make this so that your audience will be able to do the same thing you do (so that they will also be able to have a personal Hypixel for themselves). I am also trying to remake Hypixel, but I will be doing coding stuff, just like how another youtuber does. I will implement more features, like the multilanguage support (I am Hungarian, so there will be Hungarian language support (and also Romanian after I'll finally learn the bare minimums of it lmao)). Overall, keep it up! :D
I sometimes love to see how people do servers. Sometimes I can learn new stuff, but if it is made in this "low level", I can't really learn new stuff, but others can, which is good as well, and I don't mind if I can't directly learn something new from a video. I can learn new stuff from experience.

@@mmrci nope, bocsi. Privát projekt. WineSide-on vagyok jelenleg moderátor. Ott szoktam a csapattal néha-napján megmutatni egy-két haladást (Hypixelen kívül még van 17 másik szerverprojekt amit meg kell csináljak :DDD)
