He does throughout the entire episode. But Edward didn’t have Thomas’ throughout all of Trouble in the Shed for some reason.
A goof you missed at the beginning is at 0:46. Duck is pulling branch line coaches, but in the next scene he is pulling express coaches. Also before Oliver says bulgy's name, it can clearly be seen on the side of him.
